Welcome to Bottom’s Up Bungalow located The Meadows subdivision in Old Town Key West. A true guest favorite with over 100 FIVE STAR REVIEWS!!!

This pristine Florida Bungalow is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom single family home and offers all the amenities you need to make this your perfect vacation. Including off-street parking, swimming pool, quaint gazebo equipped with wet bar and custom seating. The home has ample storage, polished hardwood floors, central air formal and two informal dining areas, spacious kitchen and living spaces throughout.

The Lush, tropical gardens enhanced by landscape lighting, privacy fencing and oversized pool make this the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends in every season.

Home Details:

Living Room - Sectional sofa with sofa sleeper, sitting chair, flatscreen TV and full of natural light.

Formal Dining - Just off the living room is the formal dining area with seating for 4

Kitchen- The spacious open floor plan kitchen has ample counter space and is outfitted with all of your kitchen “must haves”. A breakfast bar with bar seating and informal dining area is also found off the kitchen. Double French Doors lead out to pool & rear patio.

Primary Suite - King size bed with chest of drawers, large closet, full size washer & dryer in closet. Double French Doors lead out to pool & rear patio.

Primary Bathroom - Located in the hallway next to the primary suite and has a spacious custom shower, vanity, toilet and ample storage space in the linen closet.

Guest Bedroom- 2- Twin beds (can also be converted to a king bed upon request) chest of drawers, spacious closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity & toilet.

Pool Area / Gazebo- An oversized pool (heated from 12/1-5/1 only) whirlpool spa (not hot tub) is attached to pool and is surrounded by an elevated deck. With 2 sun loungers, outdoor dining table and chairs with umbrella and a custom covered gazebo with wet bar.

Parking- There is 1 assigned parking space in the driveway. Additional vehicles can park roadside as available.

Bottom’s Up Bungalow is located in the perfect location and is a quiet community close to the downtown action of Key West. The home is less than 1 mile to Duval Street, Beaches and Marina. It is on a one way street so traffic is very minimal.

Bottoms Up in January

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Private driveway was perfect since we rented a golf cart while in Key West. Pool is heated so we could use it even during cool days. A railing on the pool stairs would be nice.

Nice private oasis

We had a great stay at this very nice comfortable home. The pool area is very relaxing and private. The heated pool was a definite plus. The beds and the linens were all very comfortable especially the master bedroom. Would definitely rent this property again. ( just wish that the weather was warmer)May start renting in March instead of January.The location of this home is perfect. Close to Old Town, and good restaurants.

Quiet spot with easy access to the action

My wife, adult daughter and I recently stayed here for a week. Communication before arrive was good and check in easy. It’s a lovely 2 bedroom home with great outdoor space. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the place was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. There is a smart TV in the living room to stream shows if you need some late night relaxation. There is a nice sitting area and table outside. We are breakfast there every morning. The pool temperature was good. There is a “spa tub” but note that it isn’t a “hot tub”. The temperature is the same as the pool. The neighborhood is quiet. We rented bikes for the week and it was very easy to get all around the island that way. Duvall Street is only about a 7 minute bike ride from the house. I would highly recommend getting bikes. Eaton Bikes is only a 15 minute walk from the house. They will pick up the bikes at the house at the end of the week. In summary we had a great week and would absolutely recommend this house.

Very clean and decorated super cute! Pool was so nice to be able to use in January. Had everything we would need and close enough to walk to various places. We will be coming back!

Fantastic Property

This is a perfect home for your stay in Key West. Far enough away from Duval Street to have peace and quiet when you are enjoying the perfectly sized pool, but close enough to enjoy all the activities that Key West has to offer! I hope to be able to stay again in the future!

The Perfect Key West Vacation for a Family

This property was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen and a wonderful pool to relax by. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close enough to bike to all of the attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Tropical oasis!

My husband and I had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. We spent our entire stay in the beautiful, private, tropical oasis pool and backyard. We had a wonderful relaxing week and will definitely return again in the future! The home was beautiful inside and out! Exactly as described and shown in the photos!
