It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 min to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Click this link to see Video Tour of the property. The space This beautiful tiny home cottage has a very inviting feel. This Cottage has a king size bed, bath/shower combo and a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. From the beamed ceilings to the hardwood floors we know you will love your stay. There is also a covered deck off the back with a serene wooded view. Perfect place to sit and drink your coffee. Guest access We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray. Interaction with guests We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home. Other things to note We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.
NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

Check-in was easy, the place was sweet and clean and easy to navigate. We felt private and cozy, and the little guidebook made finding everything we needed easy!
The Carlotta tiny house is beautiful! It was sparkling clean and ready for our weekend. It’s nice and quiet, yet close enough to town to be so convenient to all the main attractions!
I can’t recommend these tiny homes enough! They were exactly as described in the listing and were very clean. The home includes pretty much everything you need and the location is great. The hosts are very responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend staying there and will definitely be back!!!
I love this place from the entrance all the way to the number 12 cabin. I call it cabin the way it was set up the way the host replied right away when I had questions she allowed me or they allowed me to check in late since I was driving so far They were amazing and I will stay here again !
We had a great time during our stay in this tiny house. It had everything we wanted in a getaway property. It was close enough to the attractions in the Gatlinburg area but away from the crowds. We would recommend this property to family and friends.
Went and stayed for the weekend to celebrate my birthday! This place was very nice and clean. Just what me and my boyfriend needed. 10/10 will stay again!
We had a great week staying at this location. Property was clean and area was quiet. Owner was helpful in arranging for us to stay an extra night when the opportunity presented itself. Very happy with this stay. We will definitely return.
I loved this little getaway. I had to work all weekend but this made it not so bad. The bed was heaven and I really enjoyed sitting on the back porch unwinding. It was very clean and had everything I needed. I'll be visiting again and again.
Highly recommended! We can not say enough positive things about our stay in this beautiful little cottage! Convenient location to attractions and grocery stores. Cottage was very clean and bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. The little refrigerator and microwave were perfect for us. We had an amazing time and have already recommended it to family and friends. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Smokies! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful tiny cottage with us. It definitely was perfect in every way.
Close enough to the action, that it doesn't seem far away to run back at anytime. Remote enough, that you feel like your own private wooded area. If my wife would let me, I would live in one of these. Perfect for a couple to get away, but not to far away. Note: Learn the backroads and this area all of a sudden becomes less frustrating. Meaning all of sevierville/pigeon forge/Gatlinburg.
Great location for us we enjoyed our stay wish we could have been able to have food and drinks inside but the ants were not excited but we understand it’s the woods …..Thanks again from the Embanks&moore family
Our first experience with a tiny house. It was very very clean. A little short on space for luggage but I guess that is to be expected. Or overall experience was very nice
The tiny home was absolutely adorable! We loved having a back porch to the woods. My wife and I enjoyed the simplicity. I grew up down the road on Harrisburg Bridge Road so the nostalgia was perfect. The home is great for a couple just trying to get away from the hustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but definitely still close enough to enjoy the sights and food! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!
Our tiny home was the perfect place to stay for our trip to the Smokies. It was quiet, serene, and our surroundings were just beautiful. We had everything we needed provided for us. We will definitely be staying again!
Having this little home was nice. It's really a stand alone hotel room, but what a wonderful room! Loved the little deck on the back. Lots of places to put clothes bags, etc. The sink area is a little tight if two want around it at the same time, but all else was wonderful! We will look at this again next time we are in the area.
