Ideally placed, superb duplex apartment of 49m2 with sea view, very bright with WIFI connection.

All Deauville on foot, beach, casino, downtown, market, shops, train station 10 minutes walk.

Free parking at the foot of the residence.

Apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator.

Apartment with terrace.

1 bedroom: double bed (220x240 duvet or blanket).

1 bedroom cabin: sofa bed for 2 people (220x240 duvet or blanket).

1 fireside chair is at your disposal for a 5th person or a sofa bed in the living room. (blanket)

1 cot for a baby is at your disposal

Fully equipped kitchen: 1 hob, microwave oven, oven, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster, fridge with freezer and washing machine.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, allerdings in der Hochsaison immer belegt, so dass man kaum Chancen hat zu parken. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist alt und sehr abgewohnt. Gerade die Couch ist nicht wie im Internet dargestellt, sondern defekt, teilweise geflickt und mit Stoffüberzügen versehen. Überall befinden sich kaputte Fliesen und Fugen. Das 2. Schlafzimmer besteht nur aus einem Bett hinter einem Vorhang. Schränke gibt es nicht, nur eine Kommode mit 3 Schubfächern ( für 4 Personen). Der Wäscheständer ist auch defekt und fällt immer wieder zusammen. Die Waschmaschine ist bei uns am 3. Tag kaputt gegangen. Leider gab es auch auf Anfrage kein alternatives Angebot. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Bis auf die gute Lage konnte sie wegen ihres heruntergekommenen Zustandes nicht überzeugen.

Nous avons apprécié le logement propre , bien situé, plage accessible à pied. Nous avons aimé que le nessecaire ( liquide vaisselle, sacs poubelles , papiers toilettes etc ) soit disponible à l’arrivée . Notre hôte a été très réactive pour répondre à toutes nos questions.

Toller Urlaub!

Die Wohnung war in der dritten Etage mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und der Schleuse zum Meer. Tolle Küchenausstattung und super WLAN-Empfang. Check-in und check-out hat auch prima geklappt. Die Komunikation mit Rose (Ansprechpartnerin) hat per FEWO-Seite und WhatsApp auch sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen Personen dort und hatten ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung/Umgebung auf der Internetseite traf exakt zu. Fazit: Toller Urlaub und tolle Wohnung.

Très bon séjour

Ma famille et moi-même avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien placé, l'accès au centre ville de Deauville ( et même de Trouville) se fait rapidement à pied. La jolie vue depuis le balcon est un plus.

Super emplacement. Super contact avec hôte réactif

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Logement très bien équipé et propre. Idéalement situé. La salle de bain mérite un petit rafraichissement. Je trouve juste dommage d’avoir dû payer en plus 30€ de draps et serviettes alors qu’une armoire complete est disponible.

Location très bien située près de la plage et des commercese

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, il n'est pas utile de prendre la voiture pour aller en ville, endroit très calme, une seule remarque c'est l'absence de volets dans les chambres endroit à conseiller.
