Beautiful apartment of 29 m2 renovated, located in Deauville with direct access to the beach (250 m) and private parking (height 1.75m).
Located in the golden triangle close to the beach, the city center, the famous boards of Deauville, the casino and the thalassotherapy center.

This apartment for 4 people consists of a bright living room, a quiet room, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet.

You can enjoy a large terrace of 12 m2 with two sunbeds, umbrella and dining set.

The following services are included in the rental price:
- Provision of linen, sheets, towels
- Complete cleaning service at the end of the stay or once a week in case of long rental. The beds are made the day of your arrival

Located on the ground floor the apartment is heated throughout the year.

The apartment has been completely renovated, it is non-smoking, we invite you to smoke exclusively on the terrace.

You benefit from a place in the closed parking in the basement of the residence. A guard is present in the building when needed.

Detailed description:

The living room consists of a high-end sofa bed for 2 people (140), a low table lift for indoor meals with 4 chairs (comfortable), a living room with two wardrobes, a Bluetooth speaker and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, fridge 220 liters with small freezer compartment 4 *, microwave oven that also oven, dishwashers, washing machine, kettle, toaster, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso machine, food processor, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery). a hospitality tray will be at your disposal.

The bedroom consists of a double bed (140), a built-in dresser and a storage space above the bed.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a hanging toilet, a basin with sliding storage, a bathroom cabinet. A kit of courtesy products will be provided, as well as a hairdryer.


We also provide you with two city bikes with basket.

A very impressive apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is very well equipped with high quality contents. The secure underground car park is a great additional feature. The location is very good for the beach and also restaurants. The apartment building is well kept. We had late afternoon sunshine straight onto the outside area was an added bonus. Caroline gave us clear access instructions and provided a very nice welcome pack. There was nothing negative about our stay. Thankyou Caroline.

Wonderful Apartment for Deauville, the Beach & Retail and easy walk across Bridge to Trouville and it’s lovely old architecture and Beach.The very organised Owners have fastidious taste and the Decor was beautiful but also comfortable. They had thought of everything. Spotless. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend. Kitchen fabulous, bathroom safe and lots of storage throughout. Washing machine easy and a big Airer dried clothes fast. All secure and private including underground parking. A biggie in Deauville. We walked easily to Gare but had a Taxi at arrival and departure. We happily walked everywhere. Close to the famous beach.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut durchdacht und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man wirklich alles, was eine Hausfrau gebrauchen könnte. Aufeinander abgestimmtes Geschirr und Besteck sind reichlich vorhanden.Die Spülmaschine hat ein effektives Kurzprogramm. Das WLan ist stabil und schnell. Alle Bedienungsanleitungen sind auf Französisch, die TV-Sender auch. Der sichere Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist ein echtes Geschenk.Die Lage der Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist nicht zu überbieten. Man braucht innerhalb von Deauville-Trouville kein Auto, auch wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist.Zum Bahnhof sind es 10-15 Minuten und in etwas mehr als zwei Stunden ist man in Paris. Was will man mehr?!Merci, Caroline!

Une petite pépite au cœur de Deauville

Je ne peux que vous conseiller ce charmant cocon ou nous avons séjourné 3 nuits. Tout est pensé pour que les vacanciers se sentent bien immédiatement et également qu'ils ne manquent de rien.de plus, tout est décoré avec goût, optimisé pour offrir de nombreux rangements. Un superbe plateau bien fourni nous attend dans la cuisine de rêve. Celle ci vous permettra de cuisiner sans soucis, vaisselle, accessoires etc, tout est la ! L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait, et que dire de la jolie terrasse vu jardin et ensoleillée des l'après midi. Nous reviendrons c'est sur ! Et saurons le conseiller à toute personne souhaitant un pied à terre dans ce magnifique coin de Normandie.

Le logement est particulièrement bien équipé, au calme et à deux minutes à pieds du centre de Deauville, des planches. Pas loin non plus de Trouville. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très facile et rapide. Bref, parfait pour un petit séjour Normand !

Mitten im Leben und dennoch ruhig

Ein tolles, sehr sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt in erstklassiger Lage. Es fehlt an nichts. Mitten im Ort, ruhig und nah am Strand. Unschätzbarer Vorteil: der Tiefgaragenplatz, denn draußen müsste man lange suchen. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber es geht auch ohne. Alle Verträge und Unterlagen, auch die Gebrauchsanweisungen sind nur auf Französisch. Eine sehr hohe Kaution war eine Überraschung. Sollte als Scheck mitgebracht werden, gibt es aber eigentlich in D nicht mehr. Also Bargeld … Die Abwicklung vor Ort mit der Concierge war dann aber einfach und sehr freundlich! Obacht: keine Luxusfahrräder vor Ort erwarten. Insgesamt für 2 Personen top!

Superieur uitgevoerd appartement in het centrum van Deauville

Het appartement is uitzonderlijk goed uitgerust: keuken benodigdheden, badkamer middelen etc. Ook op terras een mooie set om in de zon te zitten. Een eigen parkeerplaats onder het complex maakt het verblijf perfect af.
