Cozy and clean

The property was very comfortable and the beds were nice. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals.

Great place for large groups

We had a wonderful time with our large group. The two car garage was especially helpful for loading in and out. The bus stop wasn't too far away. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Horrible

The manager Diane, had a very rude and abrupt bedside manner. Weeks would go by before she would respond to my inquiries, as we booked for Xmas way in advance. She also put my family's safety at risk, when they closed the 395 in both directions for blizzard conditions. She said "you need to leave" when we had no where to go, and the new renters couldn't even get in anyway. I can send pics of her text exchange as well. Location was great, accommodations were suitable for our family, but she was so rude and dismissive it was unsettling.

Dated and No Air Conditioning

This rental was somewhat disappointing. The carpets needed cleaning (and bathrooms were fully carpeted which smelled), there was no air conditioning and the fans were broken (and we were not made aware that there was no AC before we booked during the hot August summer-the thermostat registered the house at over 80 degrees-needless to say we slept very little). The kitchen itself was nice but lacked sufficient cooking utensils and did not have enough plates for all of us. The decor was totally dated, no tennis rackets were available in this tennis community (the kind neighbor lent us some). I have my own VRBO and would never do this to my guests. Unless they make some serious updates, I would highly recommend not staying at this property. There are many other places we could have (and should have) stayed in. It was a total downer for our family vacation.
