About this property

Villa with heated pool from May to mid-October 700 meters from the beach

In the heart of the Curnic valleys in Guisseny, this architect-designed home will charm you with its natural setting, surrounded by fields where horses graze. You’ll find the large Curnic/Vougot beach 700 m away, or small white-sand coves along the coastline leading to Kerlouan.
The outdoor pool is heated: 10 m x 4 m, surrounded by an 80-square-meter terrace featuring exotic and composite woods, local rocks, and exotic plants throughout the garden.
A peaceful and relaxing location.
Shore fishing, a short walk from the sea, the Lesneven market on Mondays, sailing or scuba diving in Plouguerneau or Brignogan, sand yachting in Plouneour-Trez, the old village of Ménéham in Kerlouan, and the wild coast of Brest and Oceanopolis, all just 25–30 minutes away... there’s no shortage of things to do.
A cot is available upon request.
The pool is heated only from May through mid-October each year. Therefore, the house is rented without the pool during the winter.

We loved our holiday in this beautiful villa in Guissény. The villa was stunning, light, airy and stylishly decorated. The beaches and several lovely historic sites were within an easy cycle ride. Our host, Gregoire, was kind and helpful all the way through our stay. We strongly recommend this property to everyone

Great facility, great spot, great host.

A great facility in a laid back area. We have been there in September 2023 and had a wonderful holiday with our dog in the intermediate season. The host Gregory proofed to be a perfect caretaker. Great food is available at the local restaurants. The house is well equipped.

Recreative holidays

a silent place, the pool with 28 degrees was perfect, but the ocean is also nearby. We walked a lot around through the forest. Good restaurants not so far away. The owner of the house was very kind.

Lovely house in a fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay in Le Curnic. The house is modern, well-equipped, and very family-friendly. The pool is fabulous - clean and very warm - and the kids loved playing table tennis in the garage. Gregory was very welcoming and easy to contact. The surrounding area is fantastic - beautiful coastline, with lots of options for beaches and water sports. Everywhere was relatively quiet even in peak season. Overall, the house, pool and location made for a superb trip.

Chouette location.

Fijne vakantie, alles aanwezig
