The outdoor kitchen makes casual meals easy, while the 40-foot private dock offers quick access to the Atlantic for boating, fishing, and sightseeing. Anglers will appreciate the bait freezer, commercial ice maker, and fish cleaning station.



Inside, the home is bright and coastal-inspired with two living areas, two breakfast bars, Smart TVs, and water views throughout. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is perfect for preparing fresh local seafood and gathering around the large dining table or dining outdoors under the stars.



For added entertainment, the waterside game room features air hockey, poker, bumper pool, and a convenient Murphy bed for extra sleeping space.

The place was overall GREAT. Everybody had nothing but great things to say, Host was super responsive. Pool was excellent outdoor cooking. Space was great. Didn’t feel like anybody was on top of each other. Would definitely come back and would recommend to anybody!

We absolutely loved this home. It was perfect for our family vacation. Amenities were as described -great place for fishing. Pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed the entire house and location.

Seabreeze

SeaBreeze provided a wonderful vacation spot for our family of ten. We had visits from manatees and loved all the pelicans. The outdoor space was so inviting and well laid out. The heated pool was delightful and the hot tub was great. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful home

We were so happy with our stay at your property. It was perfect for our family of 11!! Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We even had manatees come by for a visit.

My wife got sick a couple of weeks before our vacation and was hospitalized, we had to cancel the vacation. We were not expecting a refund due to the short notice. I had to cancel anyway, and was told my cancelation was accepted and a refund would be issued. Two weeks later I got another notification saying I would not be getting a refund. I wasn't expecting the refund at first and didn't complain. But when the host sent a message offering a refund I was happy because we could really use the money now. Later, when I was told there would not be a refund we were devastated because we were kind of counting on the generous offer by the host.

SeaBreeze Stay

Our family really enjoyed the property and amenities. It was a good size for our large group. The house was cute and modern. The outdoor space was perfect for what we needed. The only small inconvenience was the internet was pretty slow if it worked at all. We did have a lot of people trying to connect at the same time so I'm sure that didn't help matters. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house

The house was as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed for such a large group. There were plenty of towels for showers and plenty of pool towels.

Family vacation

This was a great family vacation! The house was great! The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. The backyard was perfect for our kids with the pool and hot tub. The dock was perfect for fishing. The outdoor grill and kitchen area was helpful and convenient. We even seen manitees in the canal. We will definitely be back! Perfect place for the 14 of us!

Great stay overall

The place was nice, very clean and the property manager very responsive. Our only gripe was the hot tub was cold and the pool never warmed up after the first day. The biggest appeal of the house was the pool and hot tub and unfortunately we didn't get to use while there because the water was too cold. If we stayed in the summer months it would not have been an issue.

Excellent house

House was amazing and definitely met our expectations. Make sure to bring your own fishing gear if you're looking to fish on the canal. The Manatees may pay you a few visits as well. Also know this property only provides you a starter pack for your necessities (tp, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags, ect.) We would stay here again. Cheers until next time.

Beautiful House

We arrive at the house and everything was very clean the house has all you need to spend a wonderful week as we did the jacuzzi was clean and worked perfectly. The pool was nice and warm . I bring my boat along as it was a fishing trip the house has a decent concrete dock but it needs some bumpers maintenance as it doesn’t have poles . Nice ice maker if you are a hardcore fisherman. We are planning to stay again next year in this house we love it .
