Beautiful design apartment completely renovated and equipped. Housed in a 10th floor, it has a spacious private terrace facing east with plenty of sunshine all year round, from sunrise to sunset!
The terrace has a pergola that provides shade to enjoy throughout the day. It has an outside table and its chairs. There is also a shower in the exterior, where you can take refreshing dips under the sun. 2 deckchairs (sunbeds) complete the terrace (with many plants) to end the day relaxing under the stars.
The interior features two interconnected rooms: a living room / dining room and a bedroom with double bed (queen size) and a home-office desk.
Comfortable and spacious closets in both rooms. Equipped kitchen with all new appliances! (Refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and electric kettle) and all its utensils.
1 bathroom with shower. Heating and air conditioning. It has hairdryer and iron.

The apartment address is Tucumán 1700 (between Av. Callao and Rodriguez Peña street).

The apartment, in addition to the private terrace, has a common terrace on top of the building, where you can wash and hang clothes to dry.
