Set down a long landscaped driveway, it's situated directly in the sun's path and is completely private and surrounded by beautiful trees. The house is gorgeously furnished with luxurious bedding, linens, towels and toiletries in each guest room and (6) full bathrooms. The location of this property is rare- it's a full acre, down a long driveway, so you're completely set off from the street, from neighbors and from noise. It is a true escape, giving the utmost in privacy. In addition to the gorgeous house, there is a brand new pool house, set up with fridge, ice machine, dishwasher and bar area. It's the perfect set up for entertaining!

Please note that the house works perfectly for young children-- there can be a child safety fence added around the pool, there is a swingset and lots of accessories in the garage for children including TWO bouncy houses. If you are planning to stay with young children, you certainly will not need to bring TOYS! We also have access to a Pack n Play, toddler air mattress, and multiple baby swings.

With six (6) true bedrooms (5 of which are ensuite and 1 set up as a kids room with full sized daybed), this home can fit the whole family and then some. The primary suite has an oversized primary bathroom with double shower head and hot tub, while the second primary is over 500 square feet with an extra day bed and a private outdoor balcony that overlooks the pool area.

It is a quick bike ride (1.5 miles) to a gorgeous private bay beach, a quick 3 mile drive to Coopers Beach and Southampton Main Street, and walking distance to 4 golf courses including the famous Shinnecock Golf Course.

With three bedrooms on one side of the house and three on the other, you always have your privacy and then can convene together poolside, which is a huge outdoor area that never feels crowded. It's a truly unique space that is the perfect Hamptons experience, being close to the beaches, town and right in the middle between Westhampton and East Hampton.
