Beautiful, bright and SPACIOUS house with FREE street parking

Guests have access to the entire house! There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor each have plenty of closet space. Included on the 2nd floor is a hall bathroom with a huge stand in shower and beautiful marble sink. Head downstairs where there’s a huge open concept living room, dining room and kitchen combo. Has a refrigerator, stove and microwave range. Off the kitchen is the access door to a beautiful spacious backyard that has plenty of natural sunlight. Need more room? The full finished basement should do just that! With a pull down couch/futon bed that can easily be another room for more guests. The basement also includes the 1/2 bathroom. Washer and dryer is also available downstairs in the basement. 15 minutes from Center City, 10 minutes away from Rittenhouse Square, 5 minutes from South st with lots of local cafes, coffee shops and eateries all around

Guests will have access to free street parking. But the house is easily within access to major highways and center city by public transportation, walking, bike, Uber etc

The neighborhood:
My neighborhood is a VERY quiet residential area. South Philly is not an upscale destination but has a rich and diverse culture. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with the area. Our street is very safe and I have spent a lot of time on the block including many guests with no issues. Its diverse and has a lot going for it as it continues to develop. Like some of Philly, there are some parts that are not that great but I LOVE the area that Im in. It has a great community feeling and everyone is so polite. Don't judge a book by its cover Philly has great attractions and culture. Theres so many attractions near by such as Rittenhouse square and East Passyunk (which is a top food destination). Parking:
There’s free street parking right across from the house. Most of the time parking is directly in front of the house, if not just a few cars down. Please note that you must park on the curb. Philly has narrow streets thanks to it’s history and parking on the curb is part of the Philly lifestyle.

Beautiful, clean & a convenient quiet location

My husband, myself, my 16 year old son and 21 year old niece really enjoyed our stay in this house. We took a quick trip to celebrate our nieces 21st birthday and to show our son and niece around Philadelphia. The house is beautiful, clean and conveniently located. It was a 15 min drive anywhere we went and the parking space right across from the house was a plus. The outside sitting area in the back was very cute and being able to do a quick load of laundry was very helpful as well. Between the comfy beds, the bedding and the quietness of the block, we all slept like babies. It is nice to visit a busy city and not have to stay right in the middle of it or have to pay a fortune at a hotel.We went for dinner one night for her birthday and I cooked the other night we were there. I liked being able to have the option of eating in and spending quality time in the livingroom watching tv instead of going out both nights. That is a big reason I like to stay at a rental rather than a hotel sometimes. We are looking forward to staying at this house again in the near future..

South Philly VRBO

Location— we felt that the original ad of the VRBO was misleading. The location was very far and not walkable to key South Philly locations- melrose diner etc. it was more in Point Breeze than South Philly. Cleanliness- the location did not feel clean, the sheets, towels etc. there were many things left over from previous guests. Additionally, there was a consistent gas smell close to the front door, like a gas leak. Overall, very disappointed with the VRBO, this was my first time using this service and probably won’t use it again.

It was a nice little house but

It was a nice little house but it didnt look exactly like the picture but for the most part it was a nice Super comfy spot, pretty clean for the most part,its perfect if you wanna a quick home away from home getaway!! I would say though The only problem is I feel like it should have a rooftop or something for the price of one night but all in all I Enjoyed My Stay Very Much!!

Decent place for 4 only, parking terrible.

It was a nice, really cute place to stay. Disqualifiers...the neighborhood was low quality, lots of trash all around. Parking was up on the sidewalk! Only sleeps 4 comfortably, not 7.

Wonderful stay!

I was in town for my son's graduation from Penn. The place was lovely, exactly as in the photos. Beautiful new renovation, bright, super clean, easy parking, great location close to Center City and University City and very easy to get Lyfts/Ubers too. I recommend this place as a great value.

Great location in South Philly!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was SO quiet. We did not expect that but it is on a very quiet one way street. Parking was easy and right in front of the condo. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again! I highly recommend it.

This place was comfortable and clean!

The kitchen was missing a few items that might have been helpful, a grater and a 9x13 baking dish. But not a big problem. We also might have liked a coffee pot to brew our own coffee we brought along. But we were happy staying in this cheery place!

Affordable and super clean.

This was my first homeaway and I was blown away. It was clean, had laundry, had soft clean towels, a great A/C unit. The place was very well decorated. Micheal was very responsive and we had no issues what so ever. Thank you allowing us to stay in your home.

Beautiful space in a convenient location.

The property was beautiful. We really enjoyed the back patio. The kitchen had all of the necessities. The property is a quick walk or drive from city center (we did both). We would definitely stay again!
