Had a fantastic 4-night stay while in town for a mountain bike race in Fayetteville. Property is fully equipped, including everything you might need in the kitchen, bath, etc. Very clean, very spacious and conveniently located to everything from U of AR to historic Fayetteville. Grocery store is within walking distance which was really helpful for us. Host communication was fantastic, especially given our somewhat last-minute booking. Exceeded our expectations and we'll be back next year!
We had a wonderful time with our daughter’s for mom’s weekend! The house was spacious, clean, and the layout of the property made it a perfect place to spend time with our girls in between all our activities. We definitely recommend!
Property was great! House was amazing. The owners had every detail covered. We loved hanging out on the covered porch and the beds were super comfy! Danielle was very responsive and communicated well. We will definitely be back!!
We had a great time. The house was perfect for our group. The location with the walking trail behind the house was awesome for our group. We were able to walk to Dickson, frat house and stadium. We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful place! Owners checked on us via text to see if we needed anything, very clean, stocked kitchen, walked to Dixon…The only issue we had was the construction, but that had nothing to do with the owners and we were told in advance. Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful home in a central location! Danielle was wonderful - great communication and accommodating. Would love to stay again in the future! Thank you.
3 couples in for Arkansas football game. It was perfect, clean, well stocked and convenient. Host checked on us a few times which was really nice. would stay there again.
The house was beautiful and plenty of room for 2 families of 4 with teenagers. Great location. Danielle was super communicative and easy to work with! Will definitely stay here again.
Our family stayed here for a wedding and the property is wonderful and in good location. Danielle the owner was in touch and even gave us a $50 card for breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Absolutely the best VRBO I’ve ever rented
The house was amazing in every way. Fully equipped with everything you would ever need. The owner was very quick and polite in responding to any questions we had. The beds were the best I’ve ever slept on. I could go on and on! Can’t wait to rent it again. 5 star 🌟for sure
This is my 3rd time to stay at this property, and just like the other 2 times everything was perfect. We were in town celebrating two graduates with family, and the property was great. Amber is also excellent at checking in.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 405 S W Ave. Amber was accommodating in every way. The house was within walking distance to the U of A campus and Town Square. We enjoyed walking on the well-lit Razorback Trail. The house is beautiful, comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Amber’s house and definitely would return again.
We loved revisiting this property!! Amber is so fantastic to work with and the property is perfect for a group of friends or family looking for a great weekend in Fayetteville! We will be back!

About the host
Hosted by Danielle
Hello! I'm Amber, owner and designer for Amber E Lea Designs, a contemporary ceramic design company. I'm inspired by the high deserts of the Southwest, mid-century furniture and lighting design, and modern architecture. I've translated these loves into decorating this space and I hope you find it to be one that evokes a sense of calmness and relaxation. My husband and I are Arkansas natives and have been looking for an excuse to get back to our roots. This home spoke to us and we're happy to share it with you. We hope you love being in the center of Fayetteville as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
I'm an artist and designer with a big love for the American Southwest as well as great architecture. When I found this house, I knew it was the perfect space to combine the two. My husband and I both went to school at the University of Arkansas in the early 2000s and have wanted to move back to this area since. The Fayetteville community is something we've missed and we are happy to finally have a place in the town we once called home.
What makes this property unique
This home evokes a sense of calmness and welcomes you to take a moment to relax. With three outdoor lounge areas, you have your choice of where to drink your morning coffee. Hop on the trail for an easy walk to brunch, a yoga class, farmers market in the town square or even to a Razorback game. The main space, with its large sliding glass doors, is full of natural light and lounge area for enjoying a moment with the family or watching your favorite sports on the large flatscreen. Each bedroom is its own private sanctuary with comfy beds and linens, private baths, blackout blinds and special design touches that make each space unique.
