Property as described. Great location!! Walking distance to Dickson, the square and campus. Perfect setup for our family of three. Plenty of room for our college age daughters to come pre game and enjoy each other.

Great stay!

This place was exactly what we expected and hoped for! It was clean, beautiful, and comfortable for the two of us. It was truly one of our favorite parts of our stay in Fayetteville!

Great place, and better location. Next to the Biking Trail, Wal-mart neighborhood market and tons of restaurants. It was perfect. Only small thing to note, there were no spices in cabinets other that salt and pepper but hey us Louisiana folks bring our own seasonings everywhere we go so no big deal.

Cute and Cozy

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable. The space was clean and decorated well. I felt very comfortable and safe. The space is perfect for one or two people. It was mostly quiet with the occasional train passing by at night. The location was central to everywhere I needed to be. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

We loved out two-night stay at this property. It is in an absolutely perfect location if you like to walk! We were able to walk to everything we were interested in. The place is tiny but was perfect for the two of us. Our only issue was that it was not ready for us to check in at 4, so it forced us to adjust our plans. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Mom/daughter trip

Enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is so cute and cozy and was very clean and comfortable! Was across the street from the walking/bike trail which we enjoyed also! Will definitely stay here again!

Right in the middle of everything

We enjoyed our weekend at this lovely apartment. It was close enough to walk to the stadium and just as close to walk to Dickson on the lovely trail. The kids loved the hammock in the loft. It was so nice to have donuts provided for breakfast the next morning and a nice bottle of wine to sip on after unpacking. We have already booked this amazing place again for November when we will come back to cheer for the Hogs!

Mom's weekend 2022

Perfect spot for my daughter and I for Mom's weekend. Such a cute place, convenient and lovely little touches. We will definitely stay again and hopefully the trail construction will be complete.
