I am a hands on owner that self manages our 3 Splash condos and larger Calypso 3 bedroom unit. I will give you a call a few days before your arrival date to answer any questions you may have about the unit, resort or the area. I take pride in my customer service and you will always be able to get a hold of me with any questions or concerns. All of our units are located in the East Tower on low floors.

Our Splash 304E condo is gulf front and has a breathtaking view of the emerald green ocean and sugar white sand. It is wonderful for parents of young children, those with fear of heights, or anyone that gets upset by long elevator waits!

**PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT MY OTHER SPLASH UNITS 105E: VRBO #1226314 and UNIT 305E: VRBO #107010 ( right next door) for your friends or family rental needs. We also own a larger unit at Calypso VRBO #80659

The unit is beautifully decorated with luxury accommodations for up to 6 (4 adults maximum) provided by a king bed in the master, bunks in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Our unit comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, Smart TVs with Netflix, cable & HBO, free high speed internet, linens and bath towels.

Housekeeping supplies a starter set of amenities including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, trash bags for each can, 2-3 dishwasher pods, sponge, mini dish soap & hand soap.

**NO WAITING FOR ELEVATORS** Our 3rd floor unit provides quick and easy beach access. We are located on the 3rd floor of condos- actually at a 5th floor elevation, since the lobby is on the 2nd level and the pools are on the 1st level. You can easily take the stairs when the elevators are busy!


**FREE BEACH SERVICE** We include free beach service with all of our rentals (Mar 1st thru Oct 31st). This includes two chaise lounge chairs and umbrella reserved for you on the beach for your entire stay. This is an additional $50 per day bonus value that we have prepaid for you!!!!

SPLASH....Enjoy Panama City Beach's premier oceanfront resort that offers fun for the whole family! Located on over 400 feet of pristine gulf front, on the west end of the beach. The condo is on Front Beach Rd, about 1 mile west of Route 79. Splash is 2 miles from the city fishing pier and Pier Park, the premier outdoor shopping and entertainment complex in Panama City Beach. The Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is 3.5 miles away and Frank Brown Park which hosts numerous baseball tournaments is within 4 miles.

Everybody in your family, young and old, will enjoy what this resort has to offer. Mom and dad can swim and relax by one of the several pools with a good book, while the kids are entertained with the water playground with slides and getting soaked by the dumping splash bucket! Toddlers will love the Turtle and Frog splash pad and the teens will enjoy the lazy river pool, onsite ice cream and snack shop, and hot tub. AGE REQUIREMENTS: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property through out the duration of the rental period. NO SPRING BREAKERS!! Onsite security will check ages when you pay the $40 registration fee per vehicle for your parking pass and pool wristbands. Violation of this rule results in foreiture of stay and deposit.

NO PETS ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Our check-in time is 4:00pm central and check-out is 10:00am central.
*Splash Resort charges a $40 one-time fee per car that must be paid at the registration desk in order to get your parking passes and pool wristbands*

This is a nice place for family vacation during spring break, we planned three families at three different units, so kids could hanging around and had so much fun! The weather is a little bit chilly for ocean water, room accommodations is good, just the bedding cover feels so thin for the temperature. Everything else is just fine!

Fun family beach trip

We had such a great time here. This condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our kids (age 5 and almost 9) loved the bunk beds in the condo, and of course they loved the splash pad area and slides. It’s easy enough to get from the parking deck to the room. We never had to wait long for the elevators. Darlene is a great host, she contacted us ahead of time to go over everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay here again!

We came on New Years. I recommend coming when things are open. The splash pad was fun but extremely cold. There were 2 heated pools and hot tub that were great. The lazy river was not heated. It would have been fun to had the food bar open. The views and ocean there were amazing! We were glad for the beach toys and chairs that were there in the condo. We could see the New Year fireworks from balcony! Overall it was great!

Darlene is an absolutely amazing host. She has great customer service and truly wants her guests to have the best experience possible. The apartment itself was wonderful. It has perfect ocean views. With it being on the 3rd floor, you don’t have to wait for the elevator because it’s only a few flights of stairs. Everything you could need was included, towels for showers, mini shower soaps, a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed cooking and eating utensils. Our young children LOVED the bunk beds and we loved the master bedroom. The brand new couch and chair were a beautiful and comfortable touch to the living room. We will, without a doubt stay at Darlene’s apartment for any return trip.

Darlene was super nice and never hesitated to answer my questions! This condo was the perfect size for me, my partner, and our five-year-old. The sliding glass door to the balcony was the heaviest balcony door I’ve ever encountered which is not a bad thing at all since a child would never be able to open it… but I’m pretty strong and it was definitely a challenge. I don’t know if this would be a deterence to most, but I couldn’t see my mother opening the door so make sure someone has some upper body strength! Also, I’m sure it’s that with most condos on any beach but there was sand all over the floors and we ended up with grocery store feet (not the condo owners fault… cleaning needs to mop regularly). We are from Mississippi and walking barefooted in our homes is the norm. Parking and traveling to and from the condo was mostly a breeze. We did use the stairs several times due to the elevators being too crammed full with people. The one thing that didn’t settle well with me is that during our stay, a storm was rolling through and the security guard/officer closed down the pools and got everyone off the beach but decided to block the entrance at the top of the stairs located near the pools. It was a poor decision and caused a lot of frustration for many of us and proved to be totally unwarranted because the “storm” was nothing in comparison to the thunderstorms we have in Mississippi. It was literally half hour of semi-heavy rain with dark clouds. I ended up ordering food at the grill (ridiculously expensive but food was decent...typical grill food) near the pools before it too was closed so we wouldn’t have to fight the crowds during the ”storm” before our planned movie at the cinema… I couldn't take the stairs leading to the entrance that mall cop decided to block to make my way to the interior stairs and taking the elevators would have been an hour wait with the long lines of people from the beach. I ended up tagging along behind a couple and their infant daughter where we crossed the street to Alvin’s Island and made our way to the parking garage where I was then able to use the stairs up to my condo. Despite the rip current, our son had a pretty good time. The only other thing that comes to mind is that for the ladies, the guest bath near the bunks is where makeup will need to be applied. I actually sat on the counter! You can’t get close enough to the mirror in the master bath. With our overall experience with the resort, we won’t be back.

I have decorated all the units myself and we actually stay in them with our family and enjoy all that Panama City Beach has to offer. We pride ourselves on customer service and look forward to hearing from you. Once the condo is booked, you will be able to call us directly with any questions you may have about the condo and we try to be available to our guests at all times.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Splash in 2007 when we saw all the resort had to offer. We purchased this 304E unit and were so happy with it, that we bought the 305E unit next door a few months later. We went on to purchase unit 105E two floors below in 2010. Splash has so much to offer and is the perfect family resort that features multiple pools including a lazy river, splash bucket water park, shaded adult pool, full sun pool, hot tub and tot Splash pad area. There is also a gulf front fitness center, Riptide poolside bar & grill, onsite ice cream and coffee shop, outdoor grills for your use, and connected sky bridge to covered parking garage.

What makes this property unique

There are so many unique benefits of having a condo located on the 3rd floor at Splash. It is wonderful for parents of young children, those with fear of heights, or anyone that gets upset over having to wait for an elevator! Splash pools and amenities are located on the ground floor level, with the lobby level one floor up at a 2nd floor elevation. The first floor of condos start at a third floor elevation. Our 304E condo is at a fifth floor elevation and provides an absolutely breathtaking view of the ocean. You can easily take the stairs up to the condo to avoid the long lines during check-in and when the elevators are busy.
