“Le chalet” in Saint Martin de Belleville is a balance of contemporary and alpine tradition and was completed in 2013.
“Le Chalet” sleeps ten with a butler and chef, it is perfectly presented with double height ceilings, a huge open fire, 5 spacious comfortable bedrooms and is equipped with home cinema, sauna wet and dry, an indoor swimming pool, an outside jacuzzi with spectacular views of the surrounding Alps.
Perfect for families, the chalet has a TV room and a living room with a breath-taking views from the huge glass windows as well as the wellness area perfect for entertainment .
The elegant salon around the open fire place offers a nice atmosphere.
Four bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms while one has an en-suite bathroom.
You enter the chalet at the first floor where the indoor pool and the sauna are located as well as a guest toilet and two bedrooms with an en-suite shower rooms.
At the second floor the well equipped open plan kitchen is adjoined to dining room and living area. Next the Tv room allows you to be quite in comfortable sofa and the third bedroom with an en-suite shower offers a nice view on the old stone-grange around.

Two double bedrooms are located on the top floor as well as the home cinema. One of these bedrooms has en-suite bath room and the other one has en-suite shower.

Located on the lower floor a ski room allows you to keep your shoes, gloves and helmet dry and hot.

Around the chalet is a large very safe terrace with ample space for the kids ice sculptures. A parking space is available in the garage at the lower floor.
