Ideally located at the bottom of the valley 100 m from the cable car connecting the Maurienne valley with the Val Thorens and 3 Vallées ski area, this very comfortable 35 m2 studio can be rented alone, or in addition to another apartment with a communicating door, advert 631185, and thus go from 6 to 9 beds to 12 or even 14 beds.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The parental bed is behind a half partition, allowing a minimum of privacy. The double sofa bed on the living room side will make 2 additional beds. An entry SAS allows the skis to be stored.
Made of stone and wood, this studio is decorated in a mountain spirit. Flat screen, DVD player, CD radio, wifi, will allow you to relax after a great day of skiing or hiking.

Fun skiing trip

The apartment was generally clean, but because it is a kind of basement it was a little bit moldy. The location was excellent but a little hard to find the first time. The owner was very responsive and nice, and communication was easy.

A nice place to stay.

The apartment is nice. You have to drive up a very narrow street to get to it. Orelle is neither beautiful nor interesting, but it is a great place to go skiing except when the cablecar isn't working. The listing incorrectly said that the property included free linen and a washing machine. The landlord provided sheets and let us use his washing machine

Great location, very helpful owner

Nice rustic apartment close to cable car station. Good modern bathroom facilities. Stone walls make air bit damp but good heaters provided. We had some issues with the bed being uncomfortable but when we complained then the owner was very prompt in responding and made things better straight away. We were also unlucky with lift closures but Katy gave us some good advice so we had some great walks instead. So would stay there again

Super séjour malgré les intempéries

Des hôtes vraiment charmants et aux petits soins. Une location hyper fonctionnelle au départ de la télécabine. Petit conseil : mieux vaut avoir une voiture pour pouvoir se rendre sur d’autres stations quand exceptionnellement le domaine est fermé pour cause de tempête (ce qui nous est arrivé). Nous recommandons fortement !

Perfect hideaway for skiing in Val Thorens

What a lovely little hideaway in the mountains! The apartment is warm and cosy, with all the amenities you’ll need for a ski or hiking trip. There’s an entrance way for drying off your skis and boots, a powerful shower, a well equipped kitchen, and secondary heaters should the temperature drop. The apartment is a minutes’ walk from the Orelle ski lift, giving you easy access to the 3 Valleys ski area. Katy is a lovely and responsive host who’ll give you a warm welcome and is on hand with local tips. 5 stars!
