About this property

Beautifully furnished three bedroom, three full bath home located on a quiet street in Greenwood Forest, overlooking a peaceful lagoon and Harbor Town"s 6th fairway. This home comes equipped with everything you will need for a fabulous vacation! Two comfy King beds downstairs, equipped with quality linens and pillows, including clean duvet covered comforters on each bed! Each bedroom has its own full bath. There is a large upstairs room with two queen beds and a private bath. The master bedroom has a separate Carolina room, overlooking the golf course, perfect for a relaxing, private getaway!

The Greenwood Forest neighborhood has a private pool and tennis or pickle ball court and playground for little ones! It is also the perfect location for Beach vacations! The beautiful Sea Pines Beach Club is an easy 5 minute bike ride along Sea Pines' bike trails. You can rent bikes and a cart to pull behind to get your belongings and small kiddos to and from the beach easily! Although parking at The Beach Club is limited during the summer months, there is a Beach Shuttle that picks up at a nearby parking lot and drops off right at the Beach Club all day every day (9-5)!
Sea Pines has 4 golf courses, a stable with a small petting zoo, marinas and water sport opportunities! Not to mention the miles and miles of bike trails!

Family Holiday

The property was terrific. Great location and perfect size/layout for our group. The sunroom off the primary bedroom is a great spot for a quiet read, card game, or to catch up on some work if you have to. The lagoon behind the house is a nice feature and afforded lots of bird watching entertainment. The house was just as the pictures described. Host was super responsive, which was notable since she, herself, was on holiday. We highly recommend.

Wonderful time

This property is beautiful! Everything about our stay and communication from the owners was wonderful. It is centrally located in Sea Pines and in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our favorite place in Sea Pines!

This was our second year staying at this property. It's an excellent location in Sea Pines - close to the beach, Harbour Town, and the Beach Club. The house is well decorated and has everything you need for a perfect week. The sun room off the main bedroom is so special and we just didn't want to leave. Thank you for another wonderful vacation to Hilton Head!

Awesome house and host

House was as advertised. Clean, great location in a Quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very proactive and communication was super easy. We were here during an unbelievable heat wave which was causing the AC to struggle keeping up. The hosts noticed and had technicians scheduled before we even noticed! Would highly recommend.

Growing up and even as a young adult, my family always vacationed on Hilton Head Island. Then the next thing you know, our oldest daughter moved here after graduating college, got married and had our first grand baby. So, we bought our first house here in 2013. It was meant to be a second home that we rented sometimes but we loved it here so much that we moved here permanently in 2016, and put our Sea Pines house on the rental market full time as we managed and maintained it ourselves. We enjoyed creating a great family vacation get away so much that we bought this house, our second Sea Pines vacation rental, in 2018. We enjoy renovating, furnishing and decorating our vacation homes and catering to the guests that visit from all over the world!

Why they chose this property

Great location and views! The Beach Club is an easy 5 minute bike ride on the bike path and the views of the Harbor Town Golf course and scenic lagoon off the back of this private and quiet home are fabulous! The private sun room off the master bedroom is a sanctuary in itself!

What makes this property unique

The views from the living areas of this house are amazing! The lagoon with all it's wild life and the Harbour Town Golf Course behind it, are the views from almost every room in this house! There is also an oversized 2 car garage for storing bikes and beach chairs and toys!
