About this property

This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom home is very stylish, with a coastal cottage vibe throughout. The property features an open living, dining, and kitchen area that is fully equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings to provide all you need for a relaxing summer vacation with the whole family. This house comes with access to a neighborhood pool, tennis courts and playground only a few minutes walk away

The Carolina room has a LED television mounted in the corner, perfect for viewing from the sofa, which is a sleeper sofa and can be accessed from the living area and from the queen bedroom. The twin room and queen room share a bathroom. Soak in the skylight, which can also be accessed from the living area. The primary suite is on one side of the house, with a private bath and easy access to the laundry. The twin room and queen room are on the other side of the house and share a bathroom.

Outside, there is a large deck with a split level and plenty of privacy, as well as comfortable seating for lounging and dining options. A fire table and gas grill are both located on the deck.

Thanksgiving visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was great. The only issue we faced was parking on Thanksgiving week. We had family come visit and the permit department came by twice and told us we couldn’t park anywhere on the street. We had 2 large trucks and they barely fit in the driveway with its T setup.

Labor Day Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is clean and organized! But, if you are looking to walk to the beach then this wouldn't be the spot to vacation. I just thought the property was closer to the beach. Nonetheless, we had a really great time renting at this property. The lay out is wonderful, plenty of trails to wak, and close to shops, and other locations needed on vacation.

My only piece of feedback was that the house was not properly cleaned upon our arrival (disappointing but not the end of the world). Furniture and bedding are very basic so don't expect it to be comfortable.
