Our family had a wonderful vacation in this cabin. It came fully stocked with everything we could need and was very clean! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!
Great cabin. Had lots of trouble with the live TV and log ins though.

Glad you enjoyed your stay, and sorry you had trouble accessing AT&T TV. We have never had that issue before, and ended up having to reset the entire Apple TV to get everything up and running again. We know how to fix the issue if it occurs again, but again apologies that you had issues with that app. Come back and see us sometime and we will make sure you don’t have the same issue again!

We were not disappointed with the location & amenities of this cabin. Very comfortable & great layout of the rooms. Back yard backs up to the national forest so we enjoyed beautiful views. Thank you, JoyceAnn for being such a gracious host!
Rooms were nice with Queen size beds and a king in the master. The property manager was big help with all my questions. Had a few things that wasn’t working properly but we managed. Really nice area. We saw deer every morning and night out back eating grass.
The kids enjoyed seeing deer and wild turkeys everyday in the neighborhood. Great location for skiing at Wolf Creek. The space was fine for 3 adults and 3 small children (under 7) but would have been too small for bigger kids/teens. Cleanliness of the kitchen and common areas was mediocre.
The host was attentive to all concerns. The property could use some maintenance - leaky sink pipe, and door lock was in need of a new battery. Backyard was unkempt. Exterior doors were not insulated so it was cold in the master bedroom. On a positive note, the place was very roomy.

We are sorry your stay was less than ideal! We strive to make every guests stay as amazing as our family’s visits, as we enjoy the cabin and South Fork so much ourselves. It is our home away from home. We appreciate you letting us know about the leaking sink and the battery in the door key pad. Both were resolved during your stay by our amazing local property manager, and won’t be an issue moving forward. Though we’ve never received any complaints on the temperature in the cabin due to the central heating, we will absolutely look into that when we are there ourselves this winter. We do always keep the back yard well maintained during Summer and Fall months as sitting and looking out into the National Forest behind the cabin is one of our favorite spots. We pull the chairs in and let nature take back over each winter, but if we did that too early this year we apologize. You are welcome back anytime, and if you do visit again, we will do everything we can to make your stay amazing!
Our cabin was just as presented online. We arrived a little early to the area and the property manager allowed us to store our cold goods early. We purchased firewood and had many cozy evenings in the comfortable space. Already planning on coming again and will try to stay here first!
Comfortable, clean. Everything we needed. Enjoyed seeing the deer in the evening when we walked or drove through the neighborhood. We were visiting friends in a nearby RV park. Did some fishing, took the rail bike group tour on the tracks, visited the Last Chance Mine, visited Pagosa hot springs and walked the shops in Creeds. Fun week.
We took friends and teen boys skiing at Wolf Creek for the 1st time. We enjoyed our trip immensely with the exception of the altitude. Took a few days to adjust. The cabin was cozy and perfectly setup. The master closet was cold but we didn’t use it much. The host was so kind and helpful with our needs. We loved the town and hope to visit again next year.
While this cabin is on the older side, it was very clean and well cared for. There is a lot of space for a family or two to gather. Our son loved the kiddo room and we loved the remodeled master bathroom and closet. The towels and sheets were also nice quality, which is appreciated! We saw a lot of bunnies and deer grazing in the neighborhood, which is very quiet. I agree with other reviews that it would be an amazing addition to have a deck or patio on the back of the house to enjoy the forest view. The house also stayed nice and cool! Overall we really enjoyed it!

Thanks for the feedback! Hanging out in the Adirondack chairs behind the cabin with the great view into the national forest is something we love to do every visit. Sorry if you missed it. We’ve been contemplating building a more visible path from the side porch to the back area.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at your cabin. The space met our needs perfectly. We required wifi for work and it worked great. We were very pleased with the tankless water heater. With a family of 6, it was wonderful not to run out of hot water! Watching the deer roam the neighborhood was a highlight of our trip! The only negative was the overhead light in the kitchen being out and the light in the vent hood also not working. We were pretty much cooking in the dark all week. Overall a very pleasant time!
Neighborhood was amazing! We had 5 adults and three children 8 and under. Plenty of room and sleeping arrangements! The porch was utilized daily! Great place!
Very comfortable, huge master bedroom. All the amenities you need. Very clean. Deer came to the front and back yards multiple days. Nice “neighborhood” to walk around or hiking right behind the house. All but the “backyard” was accessible for our daughter with a physical disability, but we knew that going in. We enjoyed the front porch sitting area just as well. Quiet area. Loved it. Highly recommended.
My family and I had a great stay here. Would definitely recommend to others.

What makes this property unique
We love that this true log cabin backs up to the national forest. The views from the back sitting area looking out into the aspens and pines in the national forest are stunning. The side and front porches also have great views. The kitchen has been updated, and the cabin is wonderful.
