Enjoy our open-concept and spacious kitchen, dining, and living room area designed for relaxation and family gatherings. The front porch is perfect for sipping morning coffee while enjoying the peaceful mountain views and the wildlife as they pass by. A large back deck and a spacious fenced backyard are perfect for sharing stories and unwinding after a day of exploration.

Enjoy fishing at Million Reservoir or the Gold Medal waters of the Rio Grande River. Explore the trails on foot or take your ATV/UTV for an exhilarating ride through the beautiful landscape. Our home is the ultimate base camp for your Colorado vacation, offering a perfect blend of outdoor adventure and cozy comfort.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).

Consistent with most Colorado mountain homes, the home does not offer air-conditioning. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays).

****ALL STAYS OVER 30 DAYS WILL REQUIRE A MID-STAY CLEAN. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense***

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
