Enjoy the same pristine beach and view as the millionaires without paying the price!!!
Enjoy dinner on the lanai watching the sunset over the ocean with your front row seat to the beach!!!
Enjoy your very own beach with exquisite pristine white sugar sand for walking, swimming or shelling. .
Sunbathe ocean side while watching the dolphins swim by or set your beach chair up in the pristine white sugar sand just a few feet away!!!

This condo comes equipped with WiFi and cable tv and a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Brand new washer/dryer. The pool is being put back together after hurricane. No guarantees of the date for pool to be finished. The beach and ocean is beautiful for swimming.

Great Condo in a great location.

This condo is directly on the beach with a fantastic view. The condo is well equipped with everything you could want for an extended stay. The owners were fantastic and answered text and email questions within minutes. Looking forward to returning soon.

As good as ever

Our first review on this property was in the spring of 2016. Since then it is our preferable condo at the Dolphin Way which is our preferable location in Florida for short term rentals. Always return!

We stayed at this condo already 4 times and are going to continue. On balance, we give to this place some preference over other similar properties. First of all, location straight on a great, scarcely populated beach - literally few steps from the condo; nice condo complex and its maintaining; convenient layout of the apartment, a lot of storage space, sea-dominated decor, acceptable furniture; the kitchen has everything for basic needs, very reliable Wi-Fi (not always the case!); and, maybe, the most important: nice owners, very responsible and responsive though immediate contact with them was not always that immediate. Another good thing compared with other Dolphin Way condos: no ants, or cockroaches, or alike. Outside, depending on the season, sometimes we had problems with "no see ams" (important! read about them on Internet). And check situation with the Red Tide - it may be really serious. To finish on a positive note: this condo is "equipped" with great sunset views! Katia and Boris, Montreal, Oct -Dec 2018

Lovely relaxing holiday

Very nicely appointed apartment, being on the top floor of the block it benefits from superior beach and ocean views, the apartment was clean, quiet and fully equipped, the communal areas including the swimming pool were also well kept. My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will look to re book next time we visit the usa.
