Amazing property!

This condo was gorgeous and extremely comfortable! We prepared lunch and dinner for our family of 5 daily while looking out at the amazing view of the gulf. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and pans we needed, and some storage containers are available for leftovers as well. Building was quiet. Beach was well kept, quiet, many families and great for lounging and long walks. We would 100% stay here again!

Great location! Great condo! Clean. Super easy check in/out. The ice machine and washer/dryer in unit was so great for our needs for this trip. No extra supplies provided (toilet paper, trash bags, beach towels or no dishwashing detergent included). Great experience overall!

Perfect!!

We loved our stay in this unit! It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and was VERY clean. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 8 kids (ages 10 to 3). We felt that we had plenty of room and we were very comfortable with our large party size. The Phoenix West 2 building is also very clean with great facilities. Prior to our stay I was a little nervous as I had read reviews about slow elevators or issues with them but we never experienced that during our stay. We’d definitely recommend this unit and will hopefully be back for a future stay.

Great Location and amenities could have been cleaner

This condo was set up nicely. We enjoyed the Amenities and the location was great. The view was awesome and the outdoor patio seating was extremely comfortable. We think the cleaning service is doing a disservice to the owner and to the renters due to the condo was not very clean it had really thick build up of dust and dirt, the showers still had hair in them, the refrigerator water catch on the outside of door had a lot of mold built up, the couches and rugs were filthy and had stains on them. A couple of the stains looked like blood. We covered the couches with sheets so we could sit on them. The bars stools were falling apart and were afraid to sit on them. This condo needs a major deep cleaning. Our stay would have been 5 stars and much more enjoyable if it had been cleaned correctly. We did enjoy our stay as we spent most of our time on the balcony. We would rent this condo again if we were reassured that it had been fully cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The Condo was great for a large family with small children and teens. Checkin was easy and location was great. However, no WiFi or cell service was an inconvenience.

Great place for sure! It is on 30th floor so little high. if you afraid of heights sitting on the balcony might be not fun. The only think I would add for the guests is some beach toys like bodyboards etc

Beautiful condo! The view out of the windows is awesome. It was 7 of us together, my spouse and our teens/young adult children. There was plenty of space for us all. Condo was decorated beautifully and furniture/beds are comfy. That being said the couches and fabric chairs could use a good cleaning. Nothing extremely dirty, just clearly lived in. We try to cook breakfast every morning even while on vaca. The condo was equipped with the bare minimum for cooking, but it was fine. We didn’t go during the summer rush for a reason and really enjoyed having the place almost to ourselves. The Phoenix West II people were lovely. The other guests on the other hand.. wow! Talk about rude & snotty! We’re from Texas, we don’t act like that. Of course this isn’t the fault of these condo owners nor the staff of the PW2. Even so, looking forward to booking for next year!

Elevator Waits

The unit floor plan and view is amazing and the location to the beach is great. The problems really start once you leave the unit and try to go down to the pools or beach. Our longest wait time for an elevator was 53 minutes (yep, you read that right). Typical wait times for 15 to 20 minutes. The busy times seem to start around 9am and last until 7pm. If you want to take the elevator outside those times, you'll only wait a few minutes. I feel sorry for the people who actually live in Phoenix West II and paid premium money for substandard amenities. We will never stay here again.

The room was but it was not to clean I step in dog crap and it two hours for someone to come up and clean it up then before the cleaning lady left she left the cleaning stuff in the room and said if I find anymore that I can clean it up for the money I spent on the room I shouldn’t been able to step in dog crap
