Oasis 2017, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2017



This is a North facing unit but has incredible views of the gulf from the Balcony and the Bonus Room!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 50' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 3000 sq ft condo. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large bonus room has unbelievable views of the waves and beach and beach views from the Balcony.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a King bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room and a sleeper sofa in the bonus room providing sleeping accommodations for 12.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Nicest Condo

This condo was very roomy, nice location, and fully stocked kitchen. My family and I really enjoyed this condo. We did not experience elevator delays as the other reviews stated. There are also, carts and baskets to load your stuff. The indoor/outdoor pool, & Jacuzzi was very nice.

Cheetah location and bonus room is a must.

We had a a great time. Place was clean and the bonus room was awesome for the kids to have a separate space to play in. The only thing we had a hard time with was the extra linens. Blankets were old and unwelcoming as well as the pillows. We had to go out and buy more blankets because of that.

Plenty of Space

The condo was clean and well-stocked for this group of 8 recently graduated young men and a couple of old guys along for the ride. It was a great place for "the friend group", who have been together since sixth grade, to have their last hoorah before heading to college in the fall. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could ask for to prepare meals. Having a knife sharpener would be a bonus, but we still made it. It is a great space to gather together and enjoy each other's company and offers space for individuals to break off for personal space. We loved the multi-views from the balconies, you get bay views, city views, and ocean views We would definitely stay here again if we need a place for a large group.

Family Vacation

The condo was exactly as listed. Plenty of space, clean, kitchen had everything we needed, good location, on the beach, beautiful sunset, could see fireworks from balcony. We went for Memorial Day week so we expected it to be crowded, which it was (however by Tuesday the crowds lessened). Our only issues which are not about the condo were the waiting for the elevator and that parking levels are to the 12 floor but the condo was on the 20th. Lesson learned for us . The condo had everything we needed for our stay. 4 baths was a plus after a day at the beach. I would recommend this condo.

There were only a couple of minor issues. The elevator situation can be trying at times if you are going during peak season. We went in July. And we weren’t supplied with Laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent or dishwashing soap and trash bags. Other than that, a wonderful experience!

We had several friends join us and they couldn't stop talking about it. One even shared live video on Facebook and kept referring to the place jokingly as Kid Rock's condo. LOL We even had a few more friends join us Saturday for Saturday night football and I can't imagine a better place than the bonus room for that.The only thing I would change is the mattress in the master; it has seen better days.

Was okay!

The day of check in was absolutely ridiculous. Waited on elevators from 45 to 75 minutes. Did get a little better during the week. Room was not ready for check in. I drove 8 hours and you would think with the late check in being 4:30 PM the room would be ready. It was not ready until 5:10PM. The beach is extremely crowded as well as pools and lazy River. The condo was nice but dishwasher was dirty and my wife had to clean windows because you couldn’t see out of them. We will not be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is awesome. It had plenty of room and well decorated. It did have a side view of beach from bonus room & balcony. But the balcony faced the road and had traffic sound instead of beach sounds. The kids & adults loved the lazy river, slide and pool. The beach was clean and had chairs & umbrellas you could rent. We also rented a kiyack for a couple of hours which was fun. We went to the Hangout Restaurant to eat which was loud and fun. Plenty of outside and inside activities for the kids to enjoy. A live band was playing. We also ate at Lamberts with thrown rolls which is always a fun place to eat. Played putt putt at the Pirates Cove.

Not as expected

The condo was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival, we had to clean it from top to bottom before we could do anything. There was a lot of garbage pieces left throughout the bedrooms, dirty dishes in cabinets, and dust everywhere. The 2 sofa beds were dirty and the sheets were not changed on them. The furniture is warn out and stained. All rooms have TV's, but none of them are smart tvs so can only watch cable during the stay. There was random loud noises that would happen every night at the same time and could not figure out where it was coming from - not coming from neighbors or condo aboveFor the price of the property, it did not meet standards. We will not be staying at this listing again and will not be recommending it to anyone

Family Vacation - We Love Phoenix West 2

Wish it was beachside but still an amazing view. The lazy river and slide was a big draw for us and our two young boys. The cleanliness of the condo was great aside from a few things. The bar area ice machine was full of mold and mildew and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned around the motor since the day it was put in. The ceiling fan in the master had a good 1/4 inch of dust on the blades and the ice maker in the main fridge didn’t work. I told the management company about the issues and they were very responsive and said that they would address them once we left per my request. The management company was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We had a noise issue with the company painting the building at 7am and they addressed and made sure it didn’t happen again. Will rent again.

Huge Comfortable Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in mid-September with a group of four adults and two children. It exceeded our expectations! First, the condo was huge! We were able to entertain our children in the main living room while the other adults had quiet time in the bonus room. Late at night, night owls in our group were able to hang out in that room without waking anyone else up. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone with a group that has staggered bedtimes. The beds were very comfortable, as were the couches and patio furniture. The decor wasn't over-the-top beach,, and was very tasteful. Even though it wasn't a beach front unit, the views (specifically the sunsets) were amazing. The only cons were I wished the kitchen had more small containers for storing leftovers in, and there were a few lightbulb out in the bathrooms which made putting on makeup a little difficult. The other con was the floor could have used a thorough mopping. As far as the condo building amenities, we loved it all! We utilized everything, from the fitness room and saunas to the pools and hot tubs. The splash pad was fantastic; our one and a half and four year olds loved it.

Perfect Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was a perfect choice for our group of 6 Adults and 6 kids(10,7,5,3,3,and1). The bonus room with the pull out bed was a great place for the kids to hang out to give the adults a break. The condo was tidy and had plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Furnishings were nice and the extra ice maker and mini fridge in the bonus room were helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, baking pans, crockpot, large pots and pans, and coffee pot. Rooms were well stocked with towels. Master bed was pretty uncomfortable, and might be due for a new mattress. The pool area was a hit with the kids. They enjoyed the lazy river and water slide.The splash pad was also a hit with the little kids. Access to the beach was a short walk on the boardwalk. We were able to rent chairs/umbrellas for the week which was nice instead of carrying them back & forth. We had no issues during our stay. Check in and parking passes were easily obtained. We would definitely stay here again.
