This is a North facing unit with amazing views of the Gulf State Park from the regular balcony and incredible views of the Gulf from the unique 3000 sq. ft. patio! The patio is exclusive to this condo, no other unit may use it!! The Patio includes seating and a huge Bar for serving your favorite drinks with the best views in Orange Beach!! Great for Receptions!!

Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated four bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 50'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 3000 sq ft condo. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large patio has unbelievable views of the waves and beach and beach views from the Balcony as well!

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bunk bed which is perfect for kids. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 12.

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Good but not Great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was a spacious 4 bedroom 4.5 bath, condo. The private balcony was definitely the perk of the stay and offered our family beautiful views of the ocean, especially at sunrise. This was our 4th year staying at the Phoenix West II and this condo was by far the most worn one that we have ever stayed in. It has scrapes on the walls, heavily worn decor, carpet with stains, and just in general needs some care. It appeared rather obvious that this condo was heavily used and that these things were just from a lot of use. We would consider staying again if the condo received some TLC and was cleaned up some but in its current state, we would NOT stay here again.

Spacious Condo

The condo had large rooms with a big deck. It also included a large ice maker. Outside was great for grandkids- large outdoor and indoor pools, lazy river and a slide. Cons- only given 2 bath towels per person which required washing every nite. No extras like blow dryers were provided At times long waits for elevators- especially at check in. A parking fee of $60 for each car. We were not allowed to put beach chairs any where on the beach in front of all the rentable umbrellas.

Spectacular Accommodations

Traveling with friends and family, it was nice that each of our 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom. The layout and size of the condo was plentiful for our party of 8. The pools, lazy river and kid’s splash pad were nice and well maintained. The only inconvenience we experienced was during peak times the wait for one of the six elevators was extremely long (but I've experienced that at other resorts as well). This property accommodated our adult-only party well but I feel it would be especially accommodating for a family with kids because of the kids water areas. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops and we even walked to a great little ice cream shop across the street.

This property in Orange Beach is not worth the effort.... the 'large balcony' was completley unnecessary, and such a waste - no grill, no cover, no reason for it to be there as best we could tell....NO reason to rent this unit just because of that patio..... I really do not like giving bad reviews so I have been generous with my 'stars'.... but in truth for those booking in the future.... there seems to have been no effort put into comfort or aesthetics....you can look forward to a unit that is decorated early (early!) MOTEL 6 with the same everything from early Motel 6 days..... including linens, decorations, cookware, appliances, etc.... And forget about coming in on a Saturday at 4:30 - the elevators were an EASY 1 to 2 hour wait

Orange beach condo

VRBO filter classified property as oceanfront. Was really overview. Also had a leaky ice maker which caused three days of wet carpet in master. Required 48 hours of fans to dry to an acceptable level. Then had smell of mildew for a couple of days after. Only got a rent concession of 300.

New Year’s Eve vacation

We had a great time. My family all came to celebrate the new years together This place was very spacious and we actually were able to see the fireworks from the patio. The views we had were amazing. The weather was a little chilly so we spent a lot of time in the condo. Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool. This is definitely a place you want to stay with your family and friends.

Wedding weekend

We stayed at the Phoenix 2 West and the staff and everyone from security to check in were so accommodating for my vendors and others that came to be a part of our wedding. We also rented a house in Fort Morgan that was extremely comfortable!!! Such a beautiful spot!

We had this room booked in 2020 only to get canceled due to a hurricane. We swore we would get this room one day so we made it happen this year and we couldn’t have been more pleased with it! Would definitely recommend!

Good stay in the off season

There were a few hiccups, no supplies were left in the condo (tp, trash bags, soap) but they dropped them off the next day. The condo was not as clean as expected with some tooth paste and sauce on some of the cabinets, but overall was decently clean. The beds in the room are all swayed and will hopefully be replaced soon. The tvs are not smart tvs so bring a fire stick with you. The large patio was everyone favorite part. We went in late September and still had to wait on the elevator sometimes, I would be scared to stay during peak season. Overall it was a nice condo and met our needs for 7 people. The property was awesome with plenty of stuff to do to keep the kids busy.

Not what we expected, keep looking

When we arrived we went through and checked out the condo, immediately we noticed the beds. The beds were sunk in on each side where they have been used for so long. The refrigerator had a broken shelf in the door. The outside patio had broken furniture and trash from the previous tenants. I brought this to the managers attention and she asked if we had already thrown it away or did she need to send someone to throw it away. No mention about the broken furniture. Didn’t seem to care other than a comment that they would look into it and fix it after we left. All of the furniture looked as though it came strait from a thrift store. If this was professionally decorated, I would get my money back. We have stayed at 13 Phoenix condos and this one was by far the worst we have stayed in and one of the most expensive. Unless this is the last condo for rent, I would find another condo to rent. Now the facility outside of the condo was absolutely amazing and the best part of our trip.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Be sure to read several of the reviews before booking. Although the grounds are very clean this place is very very crowded during peak season. The wait for the elevator can be horrific and up to 20 minutes as there is only 6 of them for over 350 units. God forbid a storm comes you will be 30 or more mins, we found a alternative and seldom had to wait at all, do your research and you can also. Pool opens at 9 better be there a bit before if you want seating, there is not near enough beach for the amount of people staying either. Parking garage is nice but you may have to wait on the street when you come and go to get through security. We had a plumbing problem that took 24 hrs to get taken care of if you decide the book definitely booked through Brent Robinson not Phoenix directly. We will be going back to our much smaller facility on our next trip down.

Lovely property

This is a great unit in Orange Beach. The unit itself is very nice but the building has overcrowded elevators. We had to allow an extra 10 minutes anytime we were going anywhere due to the elevators. Once we got used to it, it was part of the experience.

Family Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a very positive experience. We had 11 people in our group from all areas of the country from TX to GA. There was more than enough room for the whole crew. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials needed to cook every meal. The large patio was amazing. Julia with the rental company was very attentive and touched base several times to make sure everything was okay. We have stayed at many Phoenix properties; however, this was the first time we have experience such personal service. We had one very minor issue which was handled immediately. The only thing others should be aware of is that this is a VERY LARGE building (32 floors) so the elevator is an issue at check-in/check-out times.

Amazing views! Very nice Condo!

Very nice condo. Great amenities. Furniture and bedding were good. Large kitchen fully stocked. Large patio had awesome views, just shaded most of the time. Would be great in the summertime. Overall would stay again!!
