Perfect getaway without the kids!

First vacation without the kids in 22 years. Just 4 days. 4 PERFECT Days! the location was great. Pulled luggage out of the car and just walked 50 feet (maybe) to our room. No elevators needed. Perfect view right over the pool and boardwalk. Easy access to the pool and beach. We came home early Friday night right at 9 a.m. to a huge firework display right outside the room. My husband teased that he had planned it for me. We did have to work while we were there, but what a nice office view, right?

This condo was fabulous!! We planned the weekend birthday celebration for my daughter. Definitely would recommend this condo!!

Wonderful Stay- best location

The unit we stayed in was absolutely perfect. Ground level so we only needed the elevator to go one floor down to the beach. Even though the unit is low, The view is uncompromised. If you plan to cook in the unit they have absolutely every kind of cookware including what looked to be a brand new slow cooker. They do not provide anything else you may need though. ( Salt , pepper, cooking spray, or tin foil you’ll need to bring as well as your own coffee filters. ) Two suggestions: 1) parking is not included in the price of the rental. We debated between picking this unit or one that did have 2 bedrooms but was a $100 more. We went with this one thinking we were saving a $100 but the parking was $55. Just keep that in mind if they do not adjust the listing to include listing that fee. 2) The check out rules stated that you must not leave any dishes out or in the dishwasher. They are all to be washed, dried AND put away. I find that to be unreasonable bc we do cook a breakfast before we go and they do not provide liquid dish soap. 1 Dishwasher detergent and a sponge was provided. We do bring extra dish detergent tabs bc we know how much cooking we do but didn’t think we needed liquid soap. We did clean up and start the dishwasher prior to exiting which is what rules typically state. I haven’t received a complaint from them for not following that rule so perhaps it not strongly enforced unless necessary.
