This unit is perfectly located on the 9th floor and on the East side of the complex conveniently close to the parking garage.



Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!



Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a new outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 9th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!



We also have another 2br unit next door should you need more room.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Orange Beach Vacay

Our second stay at the the Phoenix 10 was great. So convenient to the sugar sand beach, Florabama bar and dining with local flavor. We love the relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

While we enjoyed our stay, the blender & toaster in the room could use an upgrade. Dryer took a while to dry clothing. Patio furniture could use an upgrade (paint peeling off), lamps in the living room very fragile. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Phoenix X disappointing

Only one tower of elevators were in service, splash pad not functioning which is a big deal with children. Beautiful barbecue area.. property listed as newly updated and it wasn’t.

The property itself was acceptable. But trying to deal with the POS property manager could not have been worse. This property is not managed by a company with a local presence like the others so any issue required calling and dealing with "Charlie" the property manager and he is absolutely terrible to have to engage. coffee pot did not work.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed staying here. Condo could have used some updating, especially with the patio furniture. Also would have been nice to have more than one roll of toliet paper provided. Also the lady that checked us in was very uninterested in doing her job. Didn't have much inter action with any other employees except the guards at the gate and they were fine. Easy to get to most anywhere, would stay again.

Unfortunately, we did not inspect the unit when we first got there so we didn't realize the issues until it was too late to notify the hosts. (Only available 8-5:30 M-S.) We will not make that mistake in the future. When we were preparing for bed we noticed mouse droppings on the bedding. Since we couldn't notify the host and we didn't have transportation, we changed out the sheets and stayed. We notified the host at 8 the next morning. They offered to let us move to the unit next to this one. We inspected it thoroughly and, even though it was a slight downgrade, it was clean so we moved. We informed the host of several issues with this unit (besides the rodent problem), but have not received a reply. Although we appreciate the host making another unit available to us, some kind of acknowledgement or compensation for our troubles would have been appreciated.

Overall…perfect weekend getaway! overall cleanliness was something I worried about due to the reviews. At quick glance it wasn’t bad. However, the floor were very sandy and left your feet black. The convenience of being close to elevator and next to florabama were great! We have stayed at phoenix X our last 4 stays, it’s our favorite spot. We will be back.

Girls trip

Phoenix X is the perfect spot for an adult trip since you are right next door to Florabama. I also loved that the 2nd bedroom had 2 queens making it where we could have a larger group stay. The only issues we had were the kitchen sink faucet being loose and the air vents and around the tub having what looked to be mold. Nothing bleach and water can't fix as I know these condos have tons of humidity. It was also very convenient being so close to the elevator and parking garage. We would stay here again.

Condo was filthy. Dirty rags left in kitchen drawers, bathrooms gross, floors not mopped. Clothing tags and dirty blankets left in closet from previous renters. Location is great though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was overall very nice. The condo could use some updating. The dressers were missing some knobs to open the drawers. Some paint touch ups and just overall maintance. For the price that we paid some of this should be taken care of. The view made up for it though.

A bit disappointed

Disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The sink and toilet had mildew. I swept the floor of sand. Found candy wrappers on couch and a shoe and sock under the bed. I felt like I left it in better shape than I found it. Sorry

This property was awful, filthy dirty! Nasty everywhere you looked! Oven was filthy, dryer was broke, leak under the sink with a bowl under it, one fork in the drawer, none of the TVs worked, we found the remote to the TV in the bedroom behind the night stand with candy papers & pills, it had not been cleaned at all!This property should not be listed on VRBO if these are your standards I will never rent again!!!!!!

Birthday celebration

We always stay at Phoenix X. We love the location. This particular condo was not our favorite. The outdoor furniture needs replacing. My one year old grandson couldn’t stay on the balcony because of the peeling paint from the corroded metal furniture. It was a huge safety issue because he puts everything in his mouth. Also, when we checked in the floors of the condo were dirty. There was trash under the bed in the main bedroom and trash under the tv console. Hair and dust bunnies were everywhere!! I covered the sofa with a sheet because it’s seen its better days.a few updates and good cleaning would’ve made this a perfect rental.

Great view but with problems

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and condo was great but the unit was dirty with dishes not being clean and out up. The indoor pool was down while we were there and the outdoor had problems as well.The b3ach on the other hand was great, but on my forst day of vacation I didn't want to spend it cleaning the condo up, specially when you pay a cleaning fee. Also the dryer never dried clothes, we would have to run the dryer several times for it to finally dry the clothes.

Description of property and cleanliness

Whole place was filthy. Overall condition of property was poor. Obvious water damage throughout and ceiling fan in maser bedroom was rusted and about to fall from the ceiling. Internet required PW which was not shared. Couldn’t get TVs to work. Someone else’s dirty clothes and hat left under the bed. Don’t stay there! I was very disappointed! Owner has not kept it up. Recently updated means new bedspreads from Walmart.
