• A Renters Agreement must be signed.
• A $500 Security Deposit is required. Last minute reservations require full payment.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking in the house.
• Boat parking is available at the home's 2 piers.
• Car/trailer parking in circle driveway for approximately 8 cars and in 2 car garage
• We provide a supply of hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, and kleenex.

Beach towels, life jackets, food and pantry items, personal toiletries, lawn games, bicycles, charcoal & lighter fluid, water toys, and don't forget s'mores stuff!

House includes high chairs, pack n plays with sheets, small baby bath, 2 bath tubs, toys, several large closets for quiet pack n play sleeping spots, plastic serving ware for kids, toddler sandcastle beach area, paved driveway for kids biking area

LAKE: Alder Lake is a 264-acre full rec lake on the Manitowish Chain of 10 Lakes. All 10 lakes are navigable by boat from May through September. The Brick House has 2 piers to park your boats. The nearest boat launches are on Wild Rice Lake (free) and at Greer's Pier Marina (small fee). Waterskiing hours, towing a person, and personal watercraft (PWC) permitted between 9:00am to 7:00pm.

WINTER ACTIVITIES
House has a large parking area for several cars and trailers, attached garage to keep snowmobiles warm, 2 wood burning fireplaces with firewood, trail access on trail 8/intersection 818 a few miles away. We’re located 15 minutes to WinMan Trails, The Glide Ice Skating Trail in Boulder Jct, North Lakeland Discovery Center. 45-1 hour from Minocqua Winter Park, SnowRiver Mountain (Indianhead/Blackjack), Big Powderhorn Mountain, tubing at Mt. Zion or Minocqua Winter Park

ACTIVITIES VIA WATER
Swim from The Brick House's piers. Kayak or rowboat on Alder Lake. Rent a pontoon through Greer's Pier Marina. Boat to restaurants like Aberdeen, Pea Patch, Little Bohemia. Stop at Greer's Pier for a cocktail and shopping. Go fishing, or hire a fishing guide. Boat to Little Star Beach. All 10 lakes on the Manitowish Chain are navigable by boat from May through September.

ACTIVITIES VIA LAND
Take a walk on rural Alder Lake Road. Rent a bike from Coontail Sports and explore the area's world famous bike trails, like WinMan Trails and Heart of Vilas County Bike Trail. Walk to Cranberry Square gift shop and learn about cranberry farms in the neighborhood. In the fall, see cranberry harvest "the world's most beautiful harvest”. Within a 1 hour-radius explore Minocqua, Eagle River, Lake Superior, the Porcupine Mountains, UP of Michigan's waterfalls, Stormy Kromer, and St. Croix Factory. The Brick House is a scenic 10-minute drive from Manitowish Waters, 30 minutes from Minocqua, and 45 minutes from Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
