Awesome New 3 Bedroom Condo With Amazing Manitowish Lake Views

Beautiful, brand new in 2016, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo #2 on Manitowish Lake, on the Manitowish Chain of 10 Lakes (4200 acres of lakes).

***Available for rent only to our guests: 22' San Pan pontoon boats with 60 or 115 hp 4 stroke Suzuki motors, kayaks, and stand up paddleboards. By the day or the week. Delivered to your shore! Please contact us for boat rates and reservations.

Our four vacation rentals are the Manitowish Lake Condos (3) and our Mann Lake Cottage WI.

Hickory floors, knotty alder cabinets, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room table (with 2 extra leaves) Seats 10-12!

Cozy living room with leather sectional couch, smart flat screen TV, DirecTv, and freestanding Vermont Castings gas stove/fireplace.

Three bedrooms upstairs sleep 9 in beds. Plus a foam pullout double couch downstairs sleeps 2.

Free wifi. Washer and dryer. Central Air. Private firepit with chairs. Weber gas grill for Dinners 'in.' Propane included.

Stunning lake views from living room, kitchen/dining room and both master bedrooms. Third bedroom has great woods view.

Condo is located very close to lake (about 5 steps from lower deck to the lake stairs), with huge upper and lower decks.

Private steps to lake and private permanent pier. Watch beavers, eagles, loons, turtles, ducks, deer,and more wildlife right from the dock!

Sand frontage is great for swimming right off the dock, canoeing, tubing, kayaking, paddleboarding, waterskiing, fishing. With 10 connected lakes, you can get to the beach, town, restaurants, and the ski show all via water!

Library, airport, playground, driving range, baseball diamond, platform tennis courts, community gardens, paved bike trails, and tennis courts 1.5 miles north on Hwy 51.

Greer's Pier boat launch and marina is located conveniently across the street.

Bike trails and hiking nearby.

The Winman trails offer hiking and mountain biking, fatbiking, sledding, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Amazing groomed trails and nice warming hut.

New paved biking trails connects Manitowish Waters, Boulder Junction and Sayner.

In the Fall: hunting and hiking and biking, fishing, boating, awesome fall color, cranberry marsh tours.

Winter: located just south of Indianhead, Blackjack, Whitecap and Powderhorn downhill ski resorts in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Great skiing and old school charm! Condo is conveniently located directly on the snowmobile trails!

Snowshoeing on the lake and woods is great! Ice skating! Hockey! Ice fishing! Peaceful walks in the woods! Hot chocolate and warming beverages at local pubs! Great restaurants! Small town charm! Plenty of snow for everyone.

Condo is in a great location, easy to get to, just 25 minutes north of Minocqua, and 3 1/2 Hours straight north of Madison. On Hwy 51, Just 4 minutes by car to downtown Manitowish Waters. Take the boat out to eat at any one of several great restaurants/taverns, to cruise all 10 beautiful lakes, or to town.

The place and view are absolutely amazing. I'm a little crazy about things being clean enough and it was perfect. We loved sitting on the dock. The fire pit was great. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Used the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed cocktail hour on the dock. The condo was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. We would recommend this rental and hope to return in the fall.

Everything was wonderful and very clean. Rented a great pontoon as well that they set up for us. Only problem we had all weekend was no wifi and the only way to address it was to bother the neighbors who control it. This really does need to be addressed and fixed because people do work remote and family could not get a hold of us so that was a huge drawback to staying here which is too bad because everything else was great.

Excellent property rental - highly recommend

This rental property is excellent! The best place we've rented in the Northwoods, and exceptionally clean! The property is well maintained with nice furnishings, and fully functional. We enjoyed sitting on the pier taking in the beautiful view. The lakefront has great swimming for kids. There’s a nice upper balcony and lower deck with an excellent view, nice grill, big firepit with chairs, picnic table outside, comfortable beds, nice sized bathrooms, rack down by the pier in the water to store your kayak and paddleboards, overall, everything was great! I didn't want to leave. We had a wonderful stay here.

I’ve been going on family vacations to Manitowish Waters since I was a kid, probably 45 years. I missed a few summers in the early 90’s when I was a working college student. My husband joined me in the tradition for the past 28 years and our 3 kids have had the annual experience. It was amazing to be on the lake with a good book and yarn for crocheting. We kayaked to different parts of the chain everyday. A stellar location with beautiful views is the lake from the second floor bedrooms. Clean, well thought out layout and privacy measures incorporated into the design.Tahnk you for a great week!!

Thank you Rebecca and crew for a very nice stay. We were well protected on bad weather days with great views and enjoyed the pitfire and play area when the weather was good. Kayaking and hiking from here were fabulous. Many great parks and trails around. An eagle visited us twice a well.

Easy access to snowmobile trail

Even with the warmer weather we were still able to find some snow. The trail was very easy to access. The condo was great too! Very clean and lots of space. It also has spectacular views of the lake.

Very nice condo inside, the pictures don’t do it justice! Much bigger inside than we thought and very comfortable. Location was perfect for our snowmobile trip and had great access to trails and restaurants.

Great week on the lake!!!

Property was perfect for a northern WI get away, the rental is located on a chain of 10 lakes which is excellent for adventure. The local restaurants on the lake where very accommodating and amazing food, best part was boating to dinner!! Would recommend this for any family or get away with friends.

Wonderful weekend away!

Despite the weather being horrible (snowy and extremely windy in October), we made the best of it! We braved the weather and went on the Northwoods Art Tour and did some shopping because it was too cold to be outside for long, which is sad, because the leaves were at peak color. The condo was wonderful! I only have a couple of small things to mention: Because it was so cold that weekend, we had the fireplace on any time we were there and the heat cranked to 73, but I think the the thermostat was too close to the fireplace because when we went up to bed, the second level was freezing! But we all piled on the blankets on our beds and we were fine. The second thing was that the condo is located close to a road, and there was some road noise, but that didn't bother us! But in the interest of an honest review, I thought I should disclose those things. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

It was just perfect in every way. I arrived to a pristine and lovely ----- and larger than I expected ---- condo. One tiny flaw was that the pressure in the showers for very weak .... but we didnt let that hamper us one bit. Perfect in every way !
