Amazing condo and location!

Easily 5 stars! Seems to be the absolute best location to stay in Cocoa Beach. Close to everything. Beach in front of condo is rarely busy. This place is amazing.

Great ocean front location and the beach in front is not crowded!

Very nice sized 2 bedroom ocean front condo with a large balcony with access from both bedrooms and the living room. Was a great three weeks for my wife and I. Our daughter and grandson came for a visit and we had plenty of room. Had a nice equipped kitchen also. We used the pool quite a bit along with the beach. Very convenient location with restaurants within a half mile walk or less. There's a lot of things to do within a short drive also. The unit could use some upgrades but was very enjoyable for us.

Great oceanfront property

This is a very nice unit with a spectacular oceanfront location. The deck facing the beach and ocean is huge and both bedrooms as well as the living room have sliding doors that open directly onto it. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and on the patio. The furniture is comfortable and in good shape. The kitchen has everything you need. Pots, pans, utensils, cups, glasses, silverware, etc. Large refrigerator/freezer and the stove/oven (although a little older) works just fine. Washer and dryer in the unit and tons of towels and linens. Also, there is a bunch of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) in the closets, although I didn’t get any use out of them. Short, easy walk from the condo to the waves. That being said, the place is starting to show its age a little. Cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen could use updating. They are well worn but work just fine. Same goes for the closets and doors throughout the place. The screens on the patio doors need some minor repairs. There were a couple of scheduled maintenance activities while I stayed there. The patio was repainted, and the guest room window was replaced. The property manager/rep, Elena Fernandez, was outstanding during all of this. She always let me know what was happening and when to expect workers to be there and was always very responsive and helpful whenever I contacted her. THANK YOU, Elena, !!!! Overall, I was very happy with the place and felt it was well worth the price. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again myself.
