The host was great to work with and accommodated our check in needs. Condo appeared to be freshly painted and appeared to have newer tile floors. Condo could use new couch and loveseat and master bedroom bed, but these items aren't the worse we have experienced before. Loved the unit had some initial supplies. We would definitely stay there again.

Cocoa Beach - Spanish Main Condo

The area is excellent. The other occupants of the complex were very kind and considerate. After a night walk on the beach just locate the US flag to find your way back. Close to all the local attractions and activities, but far enough away that they do not interfere with your relaxation unless you decide to enjoy them.

Right on the beach! Excellent pool. Shower/hose area to de-sand after leaving beach. Top floor balcony made it easy to check on beach conditions and pool. Elevator available but the stairs were easy. Clean. Beds and couches were comfy to sleep on. Easy parking. Easy communication. We enjoyed our stay! We would stay here again.

Great Location. Unit needs a serious overhaul.

Great location right on the beach. Every unit in this complex has a water view. Heated pool. Walkable to bars, restaurants, shops. ABC Liquor & Dollar General right across the street. Grocery store a short drive away. But this unit needs a serious overhaul: really tired and rundown with outdated beach decor. Dirty carpeting and old wallpaper. The host was quick to address issues as he could but we had multiple issues with the unit. Not enough space here to convey all: - Linoleum floor in hallway/dining was sticky & buckling. Host reimbursed us for mats we bought so we didn't stick to the floor. - washer broke (was replaced next day). - very slow plumbing: standing water in tub and toilets not flushing at all at times - ripped entrance screen door. Have to kick main door open - outside light burnt-out - patio screen door removed & doors repaired while we waited most of the day - windows not clean - lots of dirt and bird poop on patio tables - slime/mold in unit garbage bin - range fan doesn't work - inside cupboards dirty, covered with paper towel - dishwasher drawer broken - limited cutlery and dishware. No hangers in closet. - vacuums dirty. Dust. - not enough cleaning supplies - ceiling damage/possible mold in bedroom Overall, we were sorely disappointed in this unit. If they cleaned it up, we would consider going back as the host was great to deal with!

plenty of room for our family of 5.

This condo was amazing as were the owners. No problems all weekend and we had plenty of space for our family of 5. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place right on the beach.
