Lighthouse Point 14B is a second-floor condo that is located just steps from the beach and pool and will offer guests a great vacation experience and beautiful views of the bay, ships, shrimp boats from your private balcony.

The living area has comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV. There is a dining table seating up to 6 and additional outdoor seating for 4 on the balcony. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, an attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. This property is a great option for families or two couples.

Lighthouse Point 14B is located on the second floor for the three-level condo, but you must climb stairs as there is no elevator available in this building. There is community WIFI for guest use at the pool area. Two reserved and covered parking spaces available, spaces are narrow so over-sized vehicles may not fit.

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).
