Tucked away on a quiet lane just south of the mouth of the Alsea River in Waldport, Oregon, is your very own Peace of the Beach. The floor to ceiling windows in the family room and dining room bring the ocean to you and flood the rooms with sunlight. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the family room along with a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV. You will love the sleek and crisp design of the well stocked kitchen. Beyond the kitchen is a mud room with access to the deck and a full bath. There's a billiard room where you can watch your favorite sporting event and rack up the memories. Next to the billiards room is a bedroom with a full bed that has a pull out twin trundle. It is the perfect bedroom for the kids to stay up late giggling and dreaming of tomorrows big adventures. On the opposite side of the home are 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other is the master suite with a king bed and a full futon. The bathroom is ensuite for privacy and comfort.

The ocean front yard has a very private platform tucked into the coastal foliage. A perfect place to sit quietly and take in the Peace of the Beach. Enjoy the sunsets from the fantastic deck and oceanfront hot tub. The view of the beach is lovely from this home and access to the sand is a very short walk to a deeded neighborhood path.

Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (strictly enforced)
Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
