Charming house in the heart of the Provencal village of Roquebrune sur Argens. typical village of the region with its place, petanque and for the greediest I recommend a visit of the chocolate museum.
Near Lake Arena where you can swim, paddle boating or waterskiing with a beautiful view of the rock of Roquebrune.
Many hiking trails depart 200 meters above the house and will lead you to the 25 bridges, the neck of Valdingarde or Rock.
A golf course is located at the gates of the city.
The 100 m² house has 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed 160, one with a double bed 140, 1 with two bunk beds and 1 child bed), a bathroom, a kitchen, d a living room, a dining room, a terrace of 10 sqm.
The garden of 80 m² with trees and flowers is nice, a plancha, a barbecue and deck chairs are available.
You can enjoy a drink in the garden lounge or simply cool off in the pool (above ground diameter 2.40m).

Maison spacieuse, bien agencée. Dans quartier calme. Mais pas de stationnement (impasse étroite). Terrain très petit, pas entretenu (pelouse, haie..). Piscine minuscule pour 4 adultes et un enfant. Très mauvaise literie (chambre 2 : vieux clic-clac et non lit, chambre 1 : matelas mousse, alèses en mauvaises état. Prix excessif pour la prestation.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez David avec qui la communication fut excellente. La maison est agréable avec une très belle vue! Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Boulangerie, restaurants, poste... sont accessibles à pieds. Les plages ainsi que de nombreuses activités sont proches de la maison. Merci de nous avoir accueillis.

Maison individual, très calm, modern avec une vue splendide

Maison individuelle, avec jardin sans vis à vis dans petite village très agréable et calme, juste 10min à pied. On a passé des heures sur la terrasse à regarder la belle vue et on a apprécié le temps en famille.
