Lovely villa, great location

Spent 10 days with 14 family members. Comfortable villa will all necessary facilities pool was the highlight but location also great, though very narrow approach road

Wonderful villa

We were a Group of 14 and had a wonderful time in this beautiful and spacious villa. The Pool was extraordinary and the view spectacular. The Villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need- from kitchen Stuff to waterballs. I can sbsolutely recommend this.

Great vacation in great villa

We spent a week with friends in this really nice villa. The villa had enough space for all of us and was excellently equipped, the pool is big and clean. The area around is very nice, it is not far to the supermarkets, the village and the lake. Everything was very uncomplicated, Maria and Mauro were great hosts. We had a great time and will hopefully come back soon. Thank you!

Very nice villa, with big pool

We were 8 adults and 8 children who had a really nice week in this modern and well equipped villa. Plenty of bedrooms on three floors , enough parking space for four (or more) cars, and a big (and deep) swimming pool. A friendly owner, easy to get in contact with, and good in English. Salò turned out to be a pretty village, good to use as a base for visits around lake Garda (by ferry if one prefer that), or to e.g. Brescia and Verona.

Nice Holidays!

We were a Group of 11 People and we had beautiful 10 days in the Villa. The Villa is very nice and clean. Everything is available. Also Mauro our host was a really friendly guy. Also everything was uncomplicated with the handling with Mauro. If some is asking for a good place at the Lago di Garda, we would suggest the Villa from Mauro! Also Salo is very beautiful City at the lake. Cheers, Patrick

Great stay

We had a special vacation at an amazing location, in a beautifully designed House. The owner was very kind and the assistent was very helpful. Only small detail, the two toilets were leaking, thus one of us had to stay at the villa for the plummer (this happends two times). Furthermore the doors were squeeking (especially at night that can be annoying). Access to the villa (in a mini van/suv) was quite a challenge. You also have to keep in mind that you can only get to the villa from one side of the road (via Pietro).

Fantasic summer holiday

We had a fantastic week in august - 4 adults and 6 children (11-14 y). The villa is extremely nice, clean and excellently equipped with everything you can think of. The pool is huge and warm (although not heated) and on the site of the jumping board deep enough to do saltos e.g. Mauro and Maria Paola are wunderful persons, the welcome was perfect! Even our dog felt happy. We could not find any negative aspects, just be sure that you know the width of your car to arrive safe at the villa (it was very tight but possible with a Mercedes MLK). Saló also is a very nice place to visit and has got several big supermarkets within about 8 minutes by car. We will come back most definitely!

Dejligt hus med fantastisk udsigt og stor pool. Indtjekning og udtjekning foregik i hastværk og der tales kun italiensk, engelsk på skrift i oversæt. Der var ting, der ikke virkede da vi kom, men det meste blev løst efter kontakt.

Hallo , das Haus war sehr schön aber leider hat so einiges nicht funktioniert. Kein Fernseher ging , zwei Gasplatten waren kaputt und die Lüftung und Licht konnten nicht eingeschaltet werden. Viele Stecker sind nicht in die Steckdose gegangen und bei einigen Steckdosen kam die ganze Fassung mit raus. Und Achtung , versteckte Kosten !!! Endreinigung von 450 mussten beim Check in gezahlt werden was nicht auf der Bestätigung stand!!! Strom und Wasser war dann beim Check out 192 für eine Woche . Das sind heftige Preise.

Alles in allem hatten wir mit 15 Personen einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell und problemlos. Durften auch schon früher ins Haus. Reinigungskosten und Nebenkosten empfanden wir als sehr hoch. Wir würden dennoch jederzeit wiederkommen

Très belle maison

Très belle vue sur le lac . La piscine est superbe . Nous avons passé un très agréable moment mais le ménage n'était pas nickel . Pourtant on nous a demandé 450€ cash !! Il a fallut aussi rajouter l'électricité et le gaz en cash

Tolle Lage und Ausblick

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und einen sehr entspannten Gastgeber. Die Villa liegt mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf den See. Der Pool ist großzügig. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt.

Tolles Haus in Toller Lage

Sehr schöner Aufenhalt, wunderbare Lage mit unvergelichem Ausblick. Haus ist gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Was fehlte oder nicht funktionierte wurde kurzerhand von der Assistentin besorgt oder repariert. Schneller und unkomplizierter Service. Leider war nicht alles ganz so sauber wie erwartet. Waren uns nicht ganz bewusst, dass zwei Schlafzimmer im Keller untergebracht sind und der Zugang vom Keller ins EG über eine schmale Wendeltreppe erfolgt. Wir haben das Ambiente und das Haus mit Pool sehr genossen und würden wieder buchen.

Prachtig huis

Het was een fantastisch huis. Prachtig zicht op Gardameer. Heel fijn met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Goed contact met eigenaar. Heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Toch een klein minpuntje. De weg naar het huis is zo smal, dat we met bepaalde auto's er heel moeilijk geraakte. Maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen Misschien wel even laten weten aan nieuwe huurders

Super Ort für einen Kurzurlaub

Unser Wochenende mit Freunden war super schön, der Check-in war problemlos und die Villa ist an sich wirklich sehr schön. Leider war es nicht ganz so sauber, wie ich es erwartet hätte bei dem Reinigungspreis den man zahlt. Zudem war die Strom-/Gasrechnung am Ende recht hoch, dafür dass es hieß, dass es nicht so viel sein wird und wir nur einen Tag wirklich in der Villa verbracht (und gegrillt) haben. Daher sollte man nochmal mit knapp 100 Euro für 15 Leute und 3 Tage rechnen. Ansonsten wirklich zu empfehlen, da die Villa viel Platz für Spaß bietet.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit grossem Pool schönem Garten. Aussicht auf den See, ruhig und genügend Parkplatz. Die Zufahrtswege haben einige Engstellen. Die Fusswege nach Saló sind leider nicht optimal. Guter Erholungsfaktor!

Magnifique maison avec vue superbe sur le lac

Maison avec de tres belles prestations, spacieuse, fonctionnelle et tres bien équipée (cuisine, BBQ...). Tres belle piscine, propre, idéale pour un groupe, jardin tres fleuri et bien entretenu. La vue sur le lac est magnifique, l'endroit est calme tout en étant à proximité du lac et des commodités. Le propriétaire Mauro est tres avenant et à l'écoute des locataires pour que le sejour se passe au mieux. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour un groupe (idéale pour 3 ou 4 familles). Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette maison, idéale pour decouvrir cette belle région

Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Ruhige Lage, bestens ausgestattet, toller Swimmingpool, Grillmöglichkeit. Genügend Platz auch für größere Familien bzw. Gruppen.

Esperienza molto positiva con amici

Abbiamo passato il ponte dell’ immacolata in 5 famiglie, ci siamo trovati molto bene, casa grande e spaziosa con una bella vista sul lago di Garda. Esperienza sicuramente positiva.

Traumurlaub mit Traumkulisse

Das Haus war wunderschön und der Poolberreich top neu gestylt !!…die Schlafzimmer haben noch etwas Renovierungsarbeiten nötig, sind aber bestimmt in Planung Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche dort und können es sehr empfehlen 👍🏽

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Am großen Pool waren genügend Liegen (12). Die Schlafzimmer Aufteilung fand ich nicht gut. Der Check in und - out verlief sehr gut.

Prachtig huis op een fijne plek

We logeerden een week met 9 volwassenen en 6 kinderen. We werden ontvangen door een zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaar. Het huis is heerlijk, groot zwembad, geweldig uitzicht, zeer complete inrichting. Een deel van de bedden zijn slaapbanken, dat vond niet iedereen prettig. We hebben enorm genoten van dit huis en deze plek.
