The Fountains in beautiful Orlando, Florida is a 54 acre resort with a theme of the legend of Wakoola. The Fountains features Wakoola Springs, a 75,000-square-foot tropical water wonderland with two twisting water slides, a zero-entry pool, interactive water fountains, two hot tubs, and an on-site bar and grill.

While enjoying your vacation at the Fountains you can play at the beautiful Lake Eve. The lake offers fishing and paddle-boats and features a boardwalk and pier for your enjoyment. You’ll also find a 6,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor pool area to cool off from the warm Florida weather, two hot tubs, a convenient pool bar and a playground for the kids.

An immense 20,000-square-foot clubhouse houses a business center, kids’ activity room, fitness room and outdoor relaxation garden. Stop by The Market for Starbucks coffee, morning pastries, sandwiches and salads to go, sundries and more. There's even an arcade full of games for the kids and the kids at heart. While the kids play, treat yourself to a choice vintage or craft beer and delectable appetizer at Corks and Crafts, a full-service bar in the clubhouse. Or purchase a wine card at The Market and head to the Lake Eve Beer and Wine Bar to pour yourself a glass of your favorite beer or wine from our self-serve bar.

After a full day enjoying all that Orlando has to offer, rejuvenate and recharge at the resort's Soleil Spa which offers guests a range of therapeutic treatments, including facials and massage. Reservations are required. Discounted Attraction tickets are available at the Attraction ticket desk.

The property was perfect for our stay. The 2 full baths were perfect for our family. We used the full kitchen and on site laundry was used daily. Close to all activities and centrally located!

Great place to stay!

This was an absolutely fabulous place to stay. Check in and out was fast and convenient, and every staff member was friendly and very courteous. We did not get a chance to try the pool but it looked great. The location was well suited for anyone doing Universal or Disney. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Beautiful Getaway!

Everything from my initial contact with the owners to the checkout was smooth and easy! My daughter and I enjoyed our week long stay at the resort, never leaving the grounds. We spent many hours by the pool and also enjoyed the many poolside and resort activities that were offered! The variety of food and drink options was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Unit overall was acceptable. Little to no kitchen storage, bathroom layout in master very weird…nowhere to hang up towels and other issues. Have paid less for nicer units.

Very quick and easy process! Property manager communicated quickly on our last minute reservation. Room had all amenities we needed and was close to Universal and Disney World. We were placed in building 9, which was right near the big pool. Just remember, this is a timeshare and they will try to get you to attend their “showing”. We knew coming in and declined.

Vacation March 2024

This property is cozy, comfortable, very clean, and close to all the attractions in Orlando. The grill and pool area is just steps away and the Wakoola grill is extremely tasty with big portions. The drinks and milkshakes are divine. I recommend this to everyone looking for accommodations in Orlando. We travelled with our 12 year old son and he LOVED it. This was our first time staying at this property but it won’t be our last; we will definitely be back. Our host was very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while in Orlando, this property is what you need to book.

Great location but other guest were less desirable

Property is great the unit was fine location was perfect, but it was the other people staying there that made it less than 5 stars. Thank god we were checking out the next day when some super rowdy family checked in and cranked their music up at midnight as loud as it would go, you could see people's lights popping on all throughout the complex waking everyone up, I mean it was loud I took a video of it. Security came and they acted all crazy to him and then starting cussing out of their balcony to the rest of the buildings yelling and cussing calling people names for calling security like it was just supposed to be ok for blasting their music at midnight?! The other guest and I mean most of the other guest were less than desirable there were some rough looking characters staying there and that's the only reason we won't be back there. Wish they could keep people like that out bc the property is great and the location is great, but the other guest will not be making us return.

Great Stay!

My family and I stayed at the Fountains for a week and we would stay there again. The unit was big, the beds were comfortable, and it was mostly quiet at night. The staff is very friendly and they work hard to make sure the guests are happy. The main pool is really big and spacious and is perfect if you have younger kids. My only complaints are some of the buildings could use a fresh coat of paint on the exterior and the carpet in the master bedroom could be replaced.

Room was great, sales presentation was a nightmare

We loved the room. Having a kitchen, two bathrooms, a screened in balcony, and a washer and dryer were fantastic and SO convenient! It had all the amenities we needed. The property and pools were fantastic. I have no problem with the room or property itself. What we did not like was having to sit through a sales presentation for a time share that took up most of our last day and we didn't have a lot of time to begin with. They are extremely pushy and do not take no for an answer. We explained to our sales lady that we are not in a position to buy a timeshare as we need to put buying a house as a first priority. We only went on this short vacation because my mom passed away a few months ago, we have been taking care of my dad, it's our wedding anniversary, and we have had no time together since my mom died. We went to The Fountains and Disney (LOVE how close we were to the parks!) for our honeymoon and loved it enough we always wanted to go back. When we told our sales lady no for the millionth time, she said "Well if I was trying to buy a house I wouldn't have gone on vacation, I would have been saving every cent I had." Excuse me? Did you not hear that I just lost my mom in January and we just needed to get away for a bit? We had three full days. That's it. And this lady tried to make us feel bad for taking those days to process, grieve, try to have some fun, and just celebrate my husband and I. My husband was angry, I was crying. It ruined our last day even though we did try to enjoy the pool and property. The room has nothing to do with that. It was great and the owners responded quickly to any questions I had. I just want everyone to be aware that this is a timeshare property and they will be very forceful about getting you to that sales presentation when you are checking in and every day until you are scheduled to go. They called me cell phone three times the day before while we were at the parks, they left messages on the answering machine in the room and called yet again early the day of the presentation even though we told them we would be there. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Great Family Resort

This is our favorite place to stay in Orlando. The booking process was great. One thing to note is that when you book through VRBO you have to check in at a different location that other guests.
