Cashless Resort
Limited cash is accepted at the front desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates
Parking is available on site for an additional charge for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

Durable Medical Equipment
If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They`ll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

Package Handling Fee
Effective March 1, 2026, Marriott Vacation Club Owners can receive up to five packages complimentary. Beginning with the sixth package, a reduced handling fee will apply, with rates varying based on the size and weight of the item.

Follow signs to the north exit of the airport. Take State Road 528 West (toll road) to exit 1 for International Drive/SeaWorld. Turn left onto International Drive. At the traffic light, turn right onto Westwood Boulevard. Proceed approximately two miles and Marriott`s Harbour Lake will be located on the right.
