Welcome to The Tuscan Villa -our updated premium Villa in Building 1 right beside the pool. All bedding, appliances, paint and home decor have been updated in 2024. We are located in the heart of Florida just minutes away from many golf courses, Disney theme parks and many other attractions, however you don't have to travel far to enjoy a free resort atmosphere. Tuscana community has a large heated swimming pool, hot tub and children's pool just steps away as well as a newly opened Bar and Restaurant on site. The complex also offers a Gym for adult use and a playground for children. There is also a community charcoal bbq on site located near the playground. The premises is gated with free onsite parking and an elevator is available for convenience and accessibility.

The condo at Tuscana was beautiful. Bringing us all the comforts and cozy vibes of home. Location was key for us as we toured around the area. We got great use of the pool which was also very kid friendly. We would highly recommend it to any of our friends and family!

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. My family of 2 adults and 4 kids really enjoyed staying here. Property was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Very comfortable.The location of the property is excellent. 15 mins from Disney, very easy to get back to at the end of a day at any of the parks.Communal pool area was very good and not too busy. A great way to start or end the day.Very close to eating places and supermarket. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great condo. We were able to enjoy Universal Studios and Clearwater beach due to the condos perfect location while also being able to spend time near the pool on site. The Halls are a fantastic family to deal with. I 100% recommend this condo.

Perfect location for our trip to watch our granddaughter compete at ESPN Wide World of Sports. We loved everything about this spacious condo. The 2nd floor made it so easy! Right by the pool! Enjoyed peaceful mornings on the screened in back porch. Highly recommend!

We are a multigenerational family from Canada and have always loved travelling to and from Florida. After purchasing a unit for the family to enjoy, we thought why not share it with everyone else when we can't be there. Hosting has been a new experience and we hope we have set it up for the comfort of all our new and returning guests.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighbourhood for the fact that we are surrounded in nature, and lush forests. You are close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping however still feeling secluded. You also have the resort atmosphere including a large pool without the hefty price of an all inclusive. Not only are you close to necessary amenities but you are only 10miles from many of the sought after Disney Theme parks, and just an hours drive to either cost to touch your toes in the ocean.

What makes this property unique

Tuscana is gated and private and you have plenty of free parking on site and it is accessible for all. The atmosphere at this location is second to none. It includes a large beach entry pool, as well as an area for swimming laps, there is a children's pool, and a hot tub to rest those sore legs after a day at the Theme Parks. Also at the pool there are many cabanas available for shade and relaxation.
