Our condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo. It is GROUND FLOOR WALKOUT to the beach with unobstructed views! No messing around with elevators and stairs from higher floors...just walk out the patio door and you are steps to the beach!!!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Our condominium is ground floor in the center of the building and literally steps to the beach! Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.

Our condo is truly 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

The kitchen was supplied with everything needed plus a bonus that included spices, cooking needs like cooking oil & condiments were also included. The place was nicely furnished, had comfortable beds, and beach equipment was provided. The kitchen was newly remodeled.

Best VRBO stay ever!! .

Great location. Beautiful views of the gulf shore and beach from the living and bedroom. Furnishing are first class and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but primarily walking out of the place right onto the beach.

Perfect location

This was our first time on South Padre Island and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! The condo was amazing and spacious and we loved how close it was to the ocean. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, toys and wagon. We loved the island and would definitely stay here again when we return.

Beautiful. Very cozy! Well decorated and clean. Love the pantry with basic needs plus. View of ocean is so nice from the wall of windows… and access to beach couldn’t get much easier. Would stay again!! Kitchen renovation - amazing.

Relaxing stay

We were reluctant to go because of Covid concerns,cleanly ness, but owner assured us his cleaning lady that had worked for him for 15 years would have it spotless. It was and furnishings were like new. The quite of the condo and it’s perfect view of the Gulf made it perfect for relaxing our days away. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would come back again.
