Your family will enjoy a fully updated beach condo on your South Texas get away! Our condominium is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with spacious living, bar and dining rooms. It is located on the 6th floor with exceptional views of The Gulf of Mexico, Laguna Madre Bay and Queen Isabella Causeway . We have outfitted #622 with WiFi, cable TV, books and board games (cards, dice, puzzles too!). South Padre Island offers many beach and family activities. Complete your vacation with dining options in close proximity or be your own chef with all the necessary cooking essentials and serve ware. Bring your fishing gear, tennis bags, pickleball gear, or just your bathing suits to sit and relax on Texas’ most beautiful beach!

It was very enjoyable stay. It is close to the beach and have swimming pool. The property well maintained. The apartment was well furnished and plenty of accommodations such as beach towel, toys etc. Very delighted. The noise from the holiday inn is ok during the day. You don’t hear if you watch tv or do something. At night, you don’t hear at all.

Wonderful, spacious beachfront condo

My family of five had a very comfortable four night stay here in South Padre. It is convenient with semi private beach access (shared with other condos and nearby resorts). The condo itself is modern, clean, spacious and has beautiful beach views. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice kitchen made it a good place for a group.

Don’t hesitate to book

Perfect place for our family’s long weekend to Padre. This condo had it all, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. They even had beach chairs and toys. The location was also great. Away from some of the craze but close enough of you want to partake.

Beautiful condo and absolutely loved the 360⁰ views. The condo felt spacious and well stocked, the basket of tar wipes was a nice touch that came in super handy. Absolutely loved the closet with an umbrella, beach chairs, and boogy boards. We had a great stay!

Beautiful rental with a great access to beach

We've been staying at Sea Vista for 6 years now and this rental has great access to the beach and provides all of the necessary items your family will need to enjoy your vacation. The owner was very accommodating and prompt to answer when questions were asked. We'll for sure be back to this specific property in the future.

Great spot on SPI for families!

I stayed here over spring break with my family, and it was beautiful! There were balconies overlooking the Gulf to take in the breeze, and the house was steps away from the water and beach! The house was just like described. The hosts were very responsive when a question arose. I loved my time here and would totally go back again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Very nice. Listing stated fitness/gym and children play area. There was none there. The condo is right next to Holiday resort. We had 8 nights of loud bands playing music until 2 am.
