This property has two houses, a main house and a guest house, on three acres of wooded, secluded land. Both houses have large, open-air decks with panoramic views of the Vineyard Sound and the Elizabeth Islands. Perfect for family gatherings.

Main house: master (king) bed, second bedroom (queen), two single bedrooms. Comfy beds and ample closet and drawer space. Linens provided. Two full baths and an outdoor shower.Large well-stocked kitchen, open plan/ great room with vaulted ceilings. and Sliding doors to wraparound deck. Perfect for sunset cocktails.

Guest house has one master bedroom (king bed) en suite full bathroom. Deck with Vineyard Sound views. Eat-in screen porch.Sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows and water views.

Both houses have TVs with XFinity cable and wireless internet (each house has its own network). There is parking for 4+ cars on the property. Charcoal grill at each house. Both houses are fully stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, towels, etc.

Property is located in the private Spring Point development. which includes access to a mile of private beach, adjoining the North Shore public beach. Guests can purchase beach passes to Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket.

Minutes away from Chilmark (Beetlebung Corner) and Menemsha. 15-minute drive to Aquinnah.

room for everyone, short stroll to private beach

Really loved the location and size of the rental. Quiet, wooded neighborhood with a short walk to the association path to the private beach. House plus guest house, so sleeps plenty. We would rent this house again.
