Large open new kitchen with granite counters. Hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. Mahogany decks. Outdoor seating, grill & outdoor shower. Ocean views from every room. View of Menemsha from the beach. Check out the google earth picture and you can see just how close we are to the water!

We have loved visiting the Vineyard for years, and particularly Acquinnah. We decided to purchase a house this summer, and would love to share it with you. We welcome families and pets, and know you will enjoy the beautiful views, the proximity to the beach, and the comforts of the house. We hope you will come back year after year!!
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this house at first sight. It is beautiful inside and out. We love the multiple sound views, the expansive lawn, the light that streams in through the windows and the ability to be on the beach in a minute. We love the dog friendly beach as well.
