Tolle Wohnung mit super Blick

Diese Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und der Balkon mit dem herrlichen Blick in die Berge sehr gemütlich und durch die Rollos und die Überdachung auch bei heißem Wetter gut zu benutzen.Einziger Schwachpunkt sind die 1000,-€ Kaution,die Bar oder als Scheck ( die in Deutschland kaum noch jemand benutzt) hinterlegen muss.

Magnifique appartement

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à Calvi et avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement de Florence, situé au calme avec vue sur les montagnes et en même temps à proximité du centre ville et des commerces. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre.

Bel appartement

Appartement bien au calme sur les hauteurs de Calvi. La grande terrasse très bien équipée et dotée d'une jolie vue montagnes, est un vrai plus et permet de profiter au maximum de l'extérieur sans se sentir enfermé. L'appartement était d'une propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée. Nous n'avons pas eu le loisir de faire la connaissance de Florence la propriétaire mais Ophélie, chargée de nous recevoir nous a très bien accueillis. Donc très bon séjour dans une région merveilleuse, je recommande fortement !

Cet appartement est idéal pour passer un merveilleux séjour en Balagne. Résidence très calme et sécurisée, proximité du centre ville, appartement décoré avec goût, d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et disposant d’une terrasse avec vue sur le Maquis. Très bel appartement, bien situé, au calme, avec vue sur le maquis. L'appartement est très bien équipé et meublé et convient parfaitement à un couple. Il permet de rejoindre rapidement la grande plage de Calvi et d'explorer la Balagne. Sublime !

Quel sublime appartement ! Aussi joliment décoré que parfaitement et confortablement équipé. La grande terrasse sans vis à vis est vraiment exceptionnelle et bien aménagée pour s'y prélasser. La résidence est très calme, idéale pour le repos, et en même temps très bien située puisqu'à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre de Calvi, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture sur le parking privé et sécurisé. La propriétaire est à l'écoute de ses locataires et l'accueil sur place par Aline est irréprochable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et avons déjà envie de revenir. Une location à recommander !!!
