Located in Nice Ouest in a recent luxury residence, quiet, in a magnificent park with a superb swimming pool, 2-room apartment of 55 m² air-conditioned with 23 m² terrace not overlooked, panoramic view of the Baie des Anges.
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a 3-story residence.
All rooms open onto the terrace, equipped with sun loungers, barbecue and garden furniture.
It consists of an entrance, a living room / dining room with a sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with dressing room, a bathroom with bath / shower, and separate wc.

Magnifique vue sur la baie de Nice

Vaste appartement avec un grand balcon et une table où on peut prendre nos repas. L'appartement est en retrait du centre-ville. Nous n'avions pas d'auto. Mais pas de souci. Il y a un service fréquent de bus et de tramway qui permet de se rendre au centre-ville en 30 minutes.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce et aucun point négatif à signaler ! L'accueil est parfait, les formalités rapides et tout est là pour profiter pleinement d'une semaine à Nice, tout en étant au calme dans cette résidence très bien entretenue. Superb modern apartment with stunning views

Stayed in this apartment for 5 nights in August 2018. The apartment was suprisingly spacious and situated in an extremely well kept apartment complex with lovely grounds. The apartment is situated in a residential area and was very peaceful and quiet in the evenings with very little traffic noise. Christel met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the complex and provided all the necessary details such as bus routes, nearby shops etc. The apartment itself was extremely well stocked and clean on arrival. The outstanding feature of this apartment has to be the stunning balcony and the views over Nice. The balcony is large and well equiped with a super dining table and chairs with two sun loungers. The early morning sun soon rises above the balcony to provide a lovely shaded area which is very welcome given the temperature in mid August. I don't think you would ever tire of the views from this apartment. Would definitely recommed a car if you want to explore the area although the bus stop is situated a few hundred metres from the apartment complex. Whilst we didn't use the bus during our stay it did appear to be quite a frequent service. The lovely pool area was also very welcome and we used it almost every afternoon to cool off after a morning exploring local villages. Would definitely recommend a visit to Saint Paul de Vence and Eze both a short journey by car. Christel also recommeded an early visit before the arrival of the main tourist buses which was excellent advice. We definitely would stay here again and would throroughly recommend.

Ruhige Domizil mit fantastischem Balkon

Die Lage der Wohnung war aus unser Sicht hervorragend. Nahe am Flughafen ohne große Lärmbelästigung mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht mit dem Hafen. Einlaufende Kreuzfahrtschiffe und Fähre: ein Traum. Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Für zwei Personen großartig. Wir waren zu dritt und somit hatten wir keine bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer. Aber wir haben unsere Zeit fast ausschließlich auf dem Balkon verbracht: Morgens Sonne, am Nachmittag angenehmer Schatten! Tolle verschlossene Garage und noch eine liebenswerte Vermieterin Christel. Christel wir haben uns bei Dir sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. :) :) :)

Lækker lejlighed med den mest fantastiske udsigt

Ved ankomst blev vi taget godt imod af Christels søn, da hun selv var på ferie. Lejligheden var fuldstændig, som vi havde forestillet os ud fra billederne, der var taget. Alt var meget velholdt og lækkert. Det allerbedste var dog den meget store altan med den mest vidunderlige udsigt og med udgang fra alle værelser. Der var sol om morgenen. Hele det private område med pool og have var meget velholdt, og vi oplevede, at der i løbet af vores ophold blev slået græs og renset pool 2-3 gange. Der er egen garage i p-kælder under ejendommen, hvis man selv har bil med. Christel er meget sød og imødekommende, hvis der er spørgsmål. Vi kan kun anbefale at leje lejligheden, for vi har kun positivt at sige. Nice strandpromenade ligger ca. 2,5 km fra lejligheden, og her er busafgange meget tæt ved lejligheden.

N'hésitez pas!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce superbe appartement, très bien équipé, vaste, moderne,lumineux, propre, fonctionnel, qui possède une très belle terrasse offrant un panorama de rêve sur la baie des Anges jusqu'au Cap Ferrat. La résidence est très calme, située dans un grand parc arboré avec piscine. Nous avons été remarquablement accueillis par Christine qui se montre très disponible et prodigue de nombreux conseils pertinents. Un vaste box permet de ranger la voiture avec facilité; sinon, le bus passe au pied de la résidence. Nous confirmons que le pain et les brioches (entre autres) de la boulangerie du coin (5 mn à pied) sont excellents... Donc, oui, nous reviendrons, et nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse.

une superbe résidence, très sécurisé, pas de bruit,calme , on ne croyait pas du tout en ville. Nous qui venions de la campagne, un appartement tés propre.Et surtou une très très belle vue.La piscine très bien .La propriétaire est une personne très charmante.Je recommande cette résidence .Un accés facile pour aller en ville les bus a bien surveiller les arrêts. Des bons restaurants pizerrias superbes.Et aussi une boulangerie a proximité.Voilà je recommande ce séjour car cest vraiment tés bien aucun regret

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement très confortable, et moderne avec une vue splendide sur la plus baie des Anges . Cette location était tout à fait conforme quant à la description qui en était faite. Nous avons trouvé de précieux renseignements ( sites à visiter et gastronomie ) Sans hésitations nous recommandons cette location à nos amis et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

A very well worth stay

We like to comment on our stay over Christmas and the New Year into 2016. We enjoyed the apartment greatly. It is airy and well positioned in a quiet residential area of the West of Nice. The house is newly built and the flat is equipped with all the necessities. We appreciated the secure underground parking as much as the view from the very large terrace onto Nice and the bay. The temperatures were so mild that even a stay in winter seems very recommendable. We had nothing but 1/2 day of rain, otherwise splendid sunshine. Thanks also for the very good management of the flat and for the owners availability to receive us warmly and with professionalism. We would be happy to return.

Fabulous!

I would like to thank Christel for a wonderful stay. The apartment is superb and the view fabulous. The place is clean, decorated with taste and very well equipped. The table on the terrace is extremely pleasant and so are the two lounge chairs! I will be back and highly recommend this place.

Stay in Nice

The property was clean and we were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine. The view is spectacular and the patio comfortable. We felt is was not a convenient place to stay without a car. It is on a bus route but we felt we were not given helpful information like a bus schedule, which bus to get us to old town, how to arrive from the airport or how to return to the airport. Soap in the bathroom so we could have showered that evening would have been appreciated.
