Added spacious outdoor gazebo and furniture to backyard in April 2022.

Charming 3br/3ba, approx 1400 sq. home with fenced yard in Ormond-by-the-Sea, nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Sleeps 6 comfortably. Primary BR with King Bed and 2nd BR with Queen bed; 3rd BR with two twin beds (trundle beds).

Great location with access to nearby attractions, bars and restaurants in Daytona Beach or Flagler Beach (both 10-15 minutes away). Hi speed wifi and internet TV on 3 flat screen TVs. AC and ceiling fans keep the house comfortable and airy.

Walk or ride bikes to beach in minutes. Beach parking available at Al Weeks North Shore Park at the end of the street.

Generous private outdoor space with fire pit. Entire home completely renovated with modern kitchen and furnishings.

Garage for your car or motorcycle.

Full size washer and dryer on premises.

Short walk or bike ride to coquina sand beach will make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. You are sure to forget the hustle and bustle of city life and a hectic work pace.

Enjoy a variety of local brew selections crafted with local ingredients at nearby restaurants, including recently opened Oceanside Grill and Alfie's, both on Ocean Drive just minutes away.

Full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, flat top stove and oven.

Great ocean fishing or river kayaking walking distance from house.

Small pets allowed, no smoking, no parties. In order to maintain high standards of cleanliness, a non-refundable pet fee is applicable for service and non-service animals. ($100 per pet, max 2) Sorry, no cats.

Comfortable

The rental was comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need. Beds were comfortable and that is a huge plus, stayed in many rentals where bed has not been comfy, so was overjoyed to be able to sleep great! The kids and the pets loved the yards. Would definitely stay again!

Family beach stay

Had a great experience here. Very walkable to both the beach and river, which we visited every day. The house and backyard were great for what we needed - awesome for grilling and hanging out. Very comfortable inside as well and quite at night. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Wonderful outdoor area!

Really enjoyed this property. It is updated, clean, supplied very well, and the outdoor area is so inviting. It was private and quiet. We spent lots of time sitting and enjoying the backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Spring Break

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Ormand Beach. The property was perfect for us - we spent most of our time in the fenced backyard, playing cornhole and listening to music while our dogs were able to run around. The weather was beautiful and the property was stocked with fun things to do.

Wonderful

We’ve stayed here several times and we always love staying here. The house is the perfect layout for a family. The beach is a quick bike ride or walk away. The house has bikes, beach chairs and everything you will need. The backyard is beautiful. Highly recommend!
