Welcome to Elm Suites! Located on the second floor of our building with your own private outdoor entrance, this bright and thoughtfully designed space offers comfort, convenience, and modern style for your stay.

The suite features an open-concept layout with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or a quick meal.

Relax in the cozy living area with a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. A pullout sofa (double size) provides additional sleeping space if needed.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, dresser, and closet for your belongings, creating a restful retreat at the end of the day. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower and vanity, with a complimentary washer and dryer conveniently tucked away for your use.

Additional features include air conditioning for your comfort, free parking in the rear lot, and a strong commitment to cleanliness—we take great pride in maintaining a fresh, welcoming space for every guest.

This is a great place to stay. It is so close to the harbor and the downtown area, and it's easy to get to the other areas of PEI from here. We stayed 10 days and loved every minute of it. These are great hosts who were quick to respond to our questions and who very thoughtfully left us a bottle of wine, chocolate, and chips to greet us upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean and very nicely decorated. We loved it!

You cannot go wrong with this rental for two. Within walking distance to downtown, clean, well appointed rental. We stayed last year and came back this year. When we return another time, we will hopefully be able to rent here again!

This was our second time staying here. Much like last year, everything was clean, amenities were fantastic, and the location is perfect. That said, get this: the Keurig broke mid way through our stay. We made a phone call to alert Kelli and… two hours later, a brand new Keurig!Kelli and Phillip are two amazing hosts - and this stay is just such a gem. 10/10 again. We’ll be back next year forsure!

Great little gem in Charlottetown

Everything about this VRBO was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, easy check-in, lovely owner, parking and a great location. Grocery stores very close and walking distance to many restaurants and the waterfront area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Charlottetown for University Hockey Nationals

Great location, nicely decorated, provided some forgotten toiletries, and kitchen well equiped. We visited Charlottetown on the offseason for a hockey tournament and can't wait to come back in the summer! Would definitley stay there again.

Beautiful apartment, great location!

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment with everything you could need. Easy walk into historic Charlottetown to see the sights and visit the wonderful restaurants. Hosts Philip and Kelli were warm, welcoming and ready with recommendations for things to see and do. Would love to come back!

Kelli was an absolutely amazing host. The property was fantastic. Spotless, tons of amenities, and it was only a 6 minute walk to downtown Charlottetown! Being outside the core also meant that sleeping was incredibly peaceful. Overall, my partner and I have decided that this will be our summer rental from here on out!Don’t miss out on this stay. It was fabulous!
