About this property
Downtown Heritage Gem close to beach and convention center
This historic property was originally built in 1844. It is five (5) brick thick! Its roof was razed by the fire of 1869 but the remainder of the building remained intact. One of our Fathers of Confederation stayed at this property during the famous conference. Today, this historic gem's exterior remains consistent with its original construction. However, the suites within it have been completely renovated to include six (6) appliances (which include stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, full size washer and dryer), fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a stand alone shower and a claw foot bath tub. The large bedroom has a new, comfortable, queen sized bed and spacious closets with wooden hangers. The suite has hard wood floors and ten (10) foot ceilings. We also offer off street parking at our property along with internet and cable. Our previous guests have loved the fact this suite is a five (5) minute stroll to entertainment, restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, and waterfront boardwalk. Guests often park their cars for their entire Charlottetown holiday and walk everywhere. This suite is also a great location to return to after day trips to other parts of the Island. Guests have described the suite as a home away from home.

Location, location, location! In the heart of Charlottetown, a short walk to the Quay, the Victoria Park boardwalk, and many restaurants and shops. Laurie, the host, was a great communicator, check-in was easy, and nice to have our own parking spot off the road.
We loved it! Host was great, kitchen was VERY well equipped, it was SUPER clean, and close to everything! We were very happy and comfortable. Only suggestion is to get a waterproof mattress protector that isn’t plastic. Doesn’t make for a great night’s sleep.
Amy and I had a lovely stay here during our first visit to Charlottetown. The unit was very spacious, clean, tidy, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We especially enjoyed having the extra space and the kitchen, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home during our trip. The location was absolutely perfect; right in the heart of the historic downtown and literally a stone's throw from the many restaurants, shops, and attractions.Laurie was a fantastic host, and we really appreciated her warmth, friendliness, and excellent communication throughout our stay :-)
We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in this beautiful, historic apartment. Communication with the owner, Laurie, was excellent. The apartment was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. The owner even had an umbrella waiting for us at the door, on the one rainy day we had. The apartment is in a perfect location, look down the street and you can see the marina, and one block behind the apartment is Queen Street, where you can eat, drink and listen to live music. You can easily walk most everywhere, you are in the heart of the town, however the apartment is very quiet, and we felt very safe as seniors. We loved our stay at this vrbo, and Charlottetown was awesome! Thank you for having us as your guests!

Nice apartment, very short walk to Charlottetown's waterfront and restaurants. Took our coffee one morning to sit in the muskoka chairs on the waterfront!
This is my second time at the Brick Sisters. Didn’t disappoint. The place is fantastic. Well appointed, everything you need. Very comfortable and the location, in the heart of Charlottetown is perfect.
We loved this room. It was well appointed with a well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect. Many of Charlottetown's best restaurants are within walking distance. There is off street parking.
We stayed in the property for three nights in late August and it exceeded our expectations. It is a perfect spot for a couple and has all the amenities you need. It is in old town Charlottetown and is in easy walking distance to multiple restaurants on Queen Street the harbor. Although it is less than a block from the Queen Street you feel like you are in a quiet neighborhood. For us it was a perfect location to explore the many other areas, beaches and sights on PEI.
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were exactly as shown and as described. The unit is located perfectly, close to the harbor, restaurants and parks, all within walking distance. The host provided clear communication with regard to gaining access and was quick to respond and was very accommodating.
Great place for a long term stay, nice kitchen and bath. Right downtown and close the water. Lovely bedding and sitting area. Just wish the wifi was a little stronger towards the back of the unit.
Kitchen was furnished well, and washer and dryer were great. Nice, ample space. Good location for accessing downtown by way of walking to restaurants, concert, park by the water. Good communication with hostess.
The apartment was clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. Amazingly convenient location in downtown. Laurie was communicated everything we needed to know very clearly, had amazingly detailed restaurant recommendations, and a locely disposition. We will definitely stay here again!

In the heart of Charlottetown
What a great week we had in this property. Spotlessly clean, quiet and so close to amenities. The apartment was much larger than it looks in the photos and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely return next time we are in PEI
This is a really nice apartment in a fantastic location. It is within a few blocks of the downtown core and just a block or two from lots of restaurants, pubs, local retailers and the Harbour Waterfront. The most surprising thing, to me, was how quiet it is at night. So near all the action but that block of separation keeps the noise away, so easy to get a restful night's sleep. The Manager was super helful and easy to reach. Highly recommended.
Best location ever - all destinations in downtown Charlottetown were walking distances of under 10 minutes, yet the location is in a quiet area. That includes the beginning location of beautiful hour-long walks along a waterfront park. The suite is a home away from home - comfortable, functional, and tastefully designed. The host was responsive, warm, and informative in all communication. So much forethought was evident that we enjoyed a contactless turnkey stay.We felt ourselves fortunate to have been able to book this location. We will seek this out well in advance of any future visit to Charlottetown.
This place was beyond our expectations in terms of location, living space, comfort and cost. It was spacious and user-friendly. The hosts were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating; if there was ever an issue or a need, they responded quickly and efficiently. We loved being downtown and in walking distance of the waterfront and the whole downtown area. We would easily stay here again if the opportunity arose. Many thanks to our hosts Laurie and Alan!
