Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1bath condo is located in the heart of the awesome Seascape Resort that features a challenging 18 hole championship golf course, Pro Shop, 8 tennis courts, basketball court, 6 clay pickleball courts, 5 swimming pools(3 heated in the winter) and acres of beautiful landscaped grounds ending at the stunning Gulf of Mexico, where you can relax on the Resort beach with a drink from the Tikky bar or take a full meal at the Whale's Tail Restaurant.


The bedroom has a 1 king bed and the living room a queen sleeper sofa, sleeping total 4 . Kitchen is fully stocked with all needed appliances, dishes and cooking needs.

Condo amenities included: free wireless internet, Tv's in each room, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, comfortable outdoor seating and dining.

Seascape Resort is a 5 minute drive to Silver Outlett Mall with over 100 name brand stores, a 10 min drive to Destin Commons Mall and Rave Movie Theater, and a 15 minute drive to the Destin Harbor. Great restaurants and fun things to do are in the vicinity area. Very closed to restaurants, grocery, gas station, liquor stores, etc

The condo is on the ground level and set in a park-like area(see pictures) with the pool right by your side.

A perfect place to relax after an active day on the beach. Also a very pet friendly setting should your pet accompany you. Best of all, the condo is just minutes from the beach where there is a parking lot for residents or 5 minutes walk.

Cozy condo in great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Steps away from pool, pickle ball courts and grill. Beautiful grounds and condo had everything we needed. Owner was very easy and kind to deal with-huge plus they allowed our dog to stay as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, centrally located and close to beach. shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed, however the bed was quite hard which is a matter of preference.

Home away from home

The property was under management care since 2015, and in June 2018 we decided to add it to our other property that we own and it is listed on VRBO 884731.Since its brand new listing, there are no reviews. Please check the other listing that was managed by owner since 2016 for reference. They are identical side by side 1 bedroom condos, same villa.

What makes this property unique

In 2015 our family visited Seascape and could not believe the comfort and beauty of this place. Close to the beach, everything is convieniently nearby (restaurants, entertainment, shopping, churches, athletic clubs, ER clinics, hospitals, pharmacy). No elevators, no noise, it was a heavenly discovery and we couldn't resist not to invest in Seascape. We are staying in both condos and either one feels amazingly the same.
