Welcome To Zula Breeze Destin Vacation Home!

This beautiful Beach House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The gorgeous white sand beach is literally down the street and the Hollywood street private beach access is a short, easy walk from the house (about 3 min walk)

The large Pool/Hot Tub combo (size 8'x14') can be heated per your request (see more info below)

We provide everything you need to enjoy your Destin Vacation.

The Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom - sleeps 2

All rooms have Smart TVs with all your favorite streaming channels and for a good night sleep we put memory foam mattresses in all the beds.

All linens and towels provided.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates and much more, perfect to prepare yummy meals with a large dining table (seats 12) and kitchen bar area.

Large living room with a 65” Smart TV and sound system and an arcade game machine.

Also available:

- Super High-Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the yard.
- Washer and Dryer (Laundry detergent provided).
- Gas grill for great cookouts (propane provided).
- Seating area with a wood fire pit (firewood is not provided)
- We have a beach cart (wagon), beach chairs, umbrella and other beach stuff for you to use.
- Level 2 EV Charger - Tesla owners bring your adaptor.
- 50Amp and water RV Hookup

- Swim Spa (pool) can be heated per your request. It is $50 x nights of your stay and is of course optional.

- Well behaved pets are welcome with additional fee - $150 for the first 2 pets and an additional $150 for each pet beyond the first 2 (6 pets max!). The back yard is completely fenced so great for pets.

- We don't have a minimum age to rent and welcome any responsible group, however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25yr we require a $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book and refunded if no damages or disturbance.

Check in time is 5pm. We always try to have the house ready as soon as we can however thats dependent if we have guests checking out that day and the cleaners schedule so we cant guarantee early check-in in advance. As soon as the house is ready we will send you the door code.

Check out time is 10am. Any unauthorized late checkout will be charged $300/hr.

For your security and ours we have security cameras on the front door, on the parking area, and on the pool equipment (all outdoors of course!) that will record video & audio with any movement.

Other things to note:
-No more than 18 people are allowed on the property at any given time.
-No Parties or events are allowed.
-Absolutely no smoking or vaping at the house or near open doors or windows.
-The house is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours of 10pm-7am are strictly enforced.
-No loud music or amplified sound that can be heard outside of the house.
-If the majority of adults in your group are under 25yr, we require $750 refundable damage deposit.
-If no one in your group is 21yr we do not allow alcohol on the property.
