The property was just as listed. Close proximity to the beach, very clean and comfortable. The only negative for our stay was very noisy tenants above our unit.

This condo exceeded my expectations. Check-in was easy and ahead of schedule. The space was clean and larger than expected. Having the laundry was an added bonus for us who were visiting for a baseball tournament. Would definitely stay here again!

This truly is the best deal in Destin

Great location and view from second floor! Just steps from the beach and just walking distance to some great pet friendly restaurants! The chairs and umbrella on the beach were a super nice perk! This place was so comfy and clean too! We will definitely be back! ❤️

This condo is wonderful! Clean, close to the ocean, restaurants and shopping. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The best part is I was allowed to bring my dog. Highly recommend this condo for a Mirmar Beach vacation.

We live in Rome, GA and had our first vacation in Destin in 2006. We loved the place immediately because of its location and the beautiful private beach.

Why they chose this property

Since we really like the area, we bought our first Maravilla condo in 2007, a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.We were able to enjoy this for our personal use and let others enjoy it also through VRBO. Through the years, we had guests looking for a smaller unit and we could not accommodate their needs. Fortunately, this unit came up for sale in 2012 and we loved the location. It is convenient and has a nice view of the water from the balcony. Now, we can offer our guests a choice of a 3 bedroom or a 1 bedroom unit or both for large families vacationing together.
