The maisonette is a two-room air-conditioned located in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the marina and shops.

 • A living / dining room (sofa bed for 2 people, storage unit and television, dining table and 4 chairs, a service) and a kitchen area (except dishwasher), fridge, hob, extractor hood , electric oven and microwave oven, griddle, toaster, coffee maker, and all the kitchen equipment as well as plates, glasses, cutlery, dishes ... etc. essential for 4 people.
• an independent bedroom with 140x190 bed, new mattress in May 2017, 2 bedside tables with lamp, 1 baby umbrella bed, a large wardrobe / storage racks.
• A bathroom with sink, walk - in shower, WC and storage unit.
• a terrace of 10 m2 with 4 armchairs and a coffee table, electric awning, 1 sunbath, unobstructed view of Fort Béar.

Located 3kms from collioure and 30 kms from Spain, PORT VENDRES has many assets: beautiful and sunny landscapes that you will walk on foot through the coastal path or bus with the bus to 1 € which will take you from Perpignan to Cerbère through Argelès, the city of Collioure and Banyuls. Albères also offer many opportunities for hikers and cyclists.
Small coves of the Côte Vermeille allow you to enjoy fishing, swimming and diving. The restored site Paulilles between Port Vendres and Banyuls has a great beach and a natural site to visit. Without forgetting a circuit route of the wines of great fame!
