There are 4 private bedrooms and 2 full baths, all but two rooms have river views. The kitchen features an island and is equipped with updated appliances and includes gadgets for cooking any meal. 80' dock, yard, fire pit and an open floor plan with lots of water views. We are mindful of not using any pesticides or harsh cleaning products in our home same goes for detergent we use to wash duvets, slipcovers, sheets, towels and bath mats. We care about our health and the health of the planet. All platform beds that have been made in the USA from sustainable hardwood in Athens, GA. No stains or varnishes have been applied. We've recently painted our floors with zero VOA paints and we're mindful of everything we purchase to outfit our home. New in 2022: Completely new screened in porch plus dining room and living room painted with zero VOC paint. Our home is lived in and comfortable with our main focus of enjoying the magnificent water views. Listen to the sound of the loons, frogs, gulls and watch the turtles trek onto the land. Jump into your kayak [ 2 included w/rental ], canoe, or onto your jet ski or boat. There is no additional dock fee and everything is included in your stay. Ceiling fans in every room.
